Casa Andrea is a fabulous luxury south facing villa in an elevated position overlooking Angrinha beach at the quaint peaceful fishing village of Ferragudo, in between Praia da Rocha and Carvoeiro. The villa is in a peaceful location being close to both Praia Grande beach and the village square making it the ideal self catering rental accommodation where a car is not essential for your holiday in the Algarve!

This immaculate property is on three levels and provides commanding views over the famous 17th century Sao Joao do Arade castle, the estuary and beyond. It sleeps 6 people and has been furnished to a very high standard.

Steps lead down from the off road parking area through a locked gate onto the villa’s top terrace. Passing through the main door into the impressive lounge you are immediately struck by the breathtaking views through the large picture windows. Off the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen that can be separated from the lounge by sliding doors. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto the top terrace.

From the lounge stairs lead down to the mid level where there are two double bedrooms with distant views over the garden. Both bedrooms have patio doors that lead onto the mid level terrace. One bedroom has en-suite facilities and there is also a large family bathroom that has a corner Jacuzzi bath.

From the mid level stairs lead to the lower level where there is a twin bedded room with an adjacent bathroom. Patio doors from this bedroom lead out onto the garden terrace.

Also on the mid level is a sun lounge with patio doors that lead out to the private pool area and the mid level terrace. This area has ample seating and loungers. External steps lead down from the pool area onto a large patio area from where it is possible to access the garden terrace and the enclosed landscaped garden with it’s sub-tropical plants. All of the outdoor patios and terraces are excellent for relaxing and watching the world sail by!

Casa Andrea is ideally located being a few minutes stroll to the nearby beaches and a few minutes stroll in the opposite direction to the centre of Ferragudo. Restaurants, bars and shops are all in easy walking distance meaning that you can enjoy your holiday without having to drive.

Ferragudo is one of the last remaining unspoilt fishing villages enjoying all the traditions that the Algarve has to offer. It is most suited for those wanting a relaxing break, whether sitting having a drink in “the Square” or simply lazing on the un-crowded golden beaches. Behind the Square lies a labyrinth of old cobbled alleyways meandering up the hill to the village’s church from where panoramic views extend over the surrounding areas.

Please note that due to the amount of steps that there are within the Villa, we do not recommend it to be suitable for people with mobility problems or young children.
