Our newly refurbished 6 bed 5.5 bathroom Emerald Oasis Villa is located in lush tropical grounds of Emerald Island Resort. Location, Location - just 10 minutes drive to Disney! With restaurants, shopping and golf very nearby, this is the perfect vacation home away from home..
Situated on the edge of this lovely community and enjoying private south-west facing views over water and conservation, our home offers a private oasis to relax when not seeing the sights of the area.
We have recently completed a full refurbishment with all new furniture and decor throughout. Outside the pool is newly resurfaced and tiled, we have added new furniture for relaxing and dining under the lanai. Stylishly decorated with comfortable furniture for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Chosen for its large private pool, with in ground spa, which sits to the rear of the large pool area where there is plenty of space for loungers to enjoy the sunshine, and the most important privacy and a water/conservation view.
If it gets too warm you can relax under the large covered lanai with ceiling fans to keep you cool. The newly installed outdoor furniture is super comfortable - you can enjoy chatting with friends and family, listening to music or watching the outdoor TV.
The outdoor dining table with comfortable chairs gives extra seating and space to enjoy dining alfresco. Our large Gas BBQ (included in your rate) is set up as an outdoor kitchen for the Griller amongst you to cook up a tasty meal.
Inside you will find two sitting rooms
The first one to the front of our home has a comfortable TV area and leads to the dining space, which is large enough to seat 12 people to enjoy meals together. There is a handy pass through to the kitchen too.
The second family room is to the rear - a large open light room with high vaulted ceiling. It has a fully equipped kitchen - with all new appliances and double door pantry fridge with drawer freezer. The new quartz large island with seating for 8 allows for casual dining or cooking up a feast - there are plenty of pots and pans, glasses and dinnerware, including outdoor unbreakable ones. You can relax in the spacious TV area, watch TV or just gaze out at the lovely view over the pool to the water and conservation beyond.
All floor coverings in the home are either Luxury Vinyl Plank or Tile, giving a worry free stay from spills!
Bedrooms are very comfortable with luxury linens, new comfortable matresses and pillows, all with hypo-allergenic protective covers! Smart TV to enable streaming or watch the many channels included with our ROKU links.
On the ground floor is the Tropical styled Master King room with view to the pool. There is a large walk in closet and spacious ensuite with private toilet, separate shower and soaker tub
Upstairs, two further King rooms, ensuite with shower over tub The first is a fresh tropical inspired 2nd Master King room with front and side facing windows to enjoy the morning sun, large walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. The second is a King bedroom with ensuite, with sea/coral decor and soft teal green accents -this room enjoys views to the rear looking over the conservation.
Next for the young, or young at heart are the 2 rooms with 2 x twin beds, these rooms share the family bathroom (tub with shower over) The Harry Potter Room is sure to be a great hit with guests of any age, and the seashore/ocean themed room is super cosy, both these rooms can be converted from twins to a king bed if required.
The 6th Bedroom with large window facing the front of our home, has its own ensuite, and styled in a relaxing Barn wood farmhouse style, this room is also flexible as it can be set as a King Bed or 2 x XL Twin beds, to give extra flexibility for the requirement of our guests.
If you are looking for further indoor entertainment, all TV’s are Smart, allowing you to stream from your own device, link to your favourite apps or play games. Then there is the game room – air conditioned for comfort – the pool table, foosball and air hockey will be a great hit with everyone
Our home features Fast Fibre internet, house alarm, pool door alarms and pool safety fence if required.
Emerald Island is a secure gated community, just 3 miles from Disney and right behind the new Margaritaville community, giving access to the Sunset Walk shopping and dining area and the H2O waterpark. The many restaurants of Hwy 192 are close by, a Super Walmart is within a 5 minute drive and the lovely town of Celebration around 15 minutes away. There are many Golf courses within easy reach, the nearest only a short 5 minute drive.
Emerald Island Resort is surrounded by a conservation area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 wooded acres in the middle of the community. Guests can enjoy all the facilities provided in the resort, including sauna, 2 heated pools with free WiFi in pool area, Jacuzzi, basketball, volleyball, tennis, kiddie play areas, a nature trail, mini golf, a Tiki Bar serving food and drinks - and much more.
Our home is kept to a high standard by a local management company, who are there to ensure your stay is trouble free and provide a high quality of service to our guests
Please note the price for the week includes nightly rate and Florida taxes, in addition there is a cleaning/property fee added once per stay. (we do not include in our nightly rate to be fair for longer stays) We can offer a discount for stays over 10 nights. Minimum Stay 5 nights We can take secure payments by Card in either US Dollars or British Pounds.
Optional Extras - if required Pool and spa heat $40 per night or spa only in warmer months available $20 per night.. .
Included in our rates, BBQ, Baby Crib, High Chair, pack and play. Free Secure Wifi and local/USA calls.
All pool doors are alarmed.
We also provide hair dryers in all bathrooms, bathroom towels and pool towels.
Damage Protection –The $49 charge listed as Property Fee on your booking/quote covers up to $1500 damage protection coverage for the rental property.

Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement -$100 fee up to two dogs – please ask at time of booking.
Check in Time is 5 pm and check out 10 am - would like to request the availability of an earlier or later check out please enquire, charges may apply.
• Note : For the security of you and our home, this vacation home is equipped with 3 security cameras:
• 1. Ring doorbell at the front door; 2. Camera facing driveway; 3. Camera facing the pool equipment. All cameras are activated by motion and records video and audio.
• For your privacy there are no cameras or video recorders are located inside the home or on the pool area.

By Andrew on 15-Oct-2025There was only the 4 of us as our children have all grown up and doing their own thing now but the house is very spacious and would accommodate 2 smaller families or one large family comfortably. It is located on a very nice gated, private, and beautifully maintained complex. However, the best thing about this house is its location. Only a 10-15 minute drive to Disney depending on traffic. Would happily return when we have grandchildren old enough to do the parks.
Absolutely wonderful stay!
By Cynthia on 14-Aug-2025Family of nine arrived for a nine day stay at this beautiful home. We were pleasantly surprised at how large and comfortable this house was. Beautifully decorated as well. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath, the kids loved the game room. We especially loved the pool area with a nice table and chairs, seating area, plenty of lounge chairs, pool towels, pool floats and even an outdoor TV. Made use of the outdoor grill too. Kitchen was well stocked and we never wanted or needed anything. Comfortable bedding, linens, etc. We really did not want to leave. Communication with Pat was excellent. I highly recommend Floridadreamvacations.com and will certainly be happy to book again soon.
Perfect Villa

The location is perfect, being so close to all the Disney parks, which made getting to and from the attractions quick and stress-free. It was wonderful to be able to return to such a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood after busy days exploring the parks. The villa itself exceeded our expectations – it was spotlessly clean on arrival, beautifully presented, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious layout, comfortable beds, and fully equipped kitchen made it ideal for family living, and the whole property felt like a true home away from home. We were particularly impressed by the communications from the owners. They responded quickly and helpfully to any questions we had, which gave us real peace of mind throughout the booking process and during our stay. Their prompt and friendly replies made everything so easy and stress-free. This villa is absolutely perfect for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Orlando. It provided the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends and would be delighted to stay here again on any future trips to Orlando.

Ample crockery, dishes and plates and a great BBQ. Spotlessly clean and very spacious even for 10 adults. Best villa we have stayed in by far .....highly recommended!
