This villa which is close to all Florida attractions has two master bedrooms, both with American king-sized beds, en-suite facilities and have direct access to the pool and spa. There are two further bedrooms which contain twin beds and share a bathroom with over the bath shower. All bedrooms have cable, flat screen televisions and DVD players. A computer with free broadband internet access is located within one of twin bedded rooms. In one of two lounge areas is a 40in flat screen TV with digital box and access to over 200 channels. There is also a games room with TV, Wii, DVD player, pool table and ping-pong table. The rear of the property is not overlooked and backs onto a landscaped area. The south facing pool with spa (hot tub) and decking area are all accessible from both master bedrooms and the main lounge. There is also a patio table, chairs and sun loungers. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with seating for eight. The utility room contains a washer and drier.


Sleeps 10. Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa on over sized lot backing upto a privacy wall, on the prestigious Calabay Parc at Tower Lake development, which is just a short drive south of junction 55 on Interstate 4. The air conditioned villa has a games room and all rooms have cable television. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are large and both have a 6’ 6” king sized bed and walk in closets. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are large twin rooms and have ample wardrobe space, drawer storage. In bedroom 3 is the computer. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and DVD players.
The master en-suite has an oval bath, large walk-in shower double vanity basin and separate toilet.
The 2nd master en-suite has shower, single vanity unit and WC and pool access. Beds 3 & 4 share bathroom with shower over bath, single vanity unit and WC. In the 3rd bedroom is a high speed internet computer.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, appliances are, large range cooker and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer with automatic ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, radio/CD player, electric can opener, pans and all the crockery and cutlery you will need. The utility room has a top loading washer, tumble dryer, ironing facilities and access to the games room., which has a ping-pong table, pool table, TV and DVD player. Cleaning, towels, linen and maid service is provided by Terrys Vacation Homes who maintain and oversee the property, he and his team will be on hand to assist you and answer any queries.

Amenities/facilities : hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, digital box television telephone, internet access, air conditioning, room fans, cot, high chair. The patio doors and doors from the 2 master bedrooms lead directly onto the pool area and deck, which has a ceiling fan to help keep cool, out of the sun. The fully screened extended private deck and 26' x 13' swimming pool with luxury spa are not overlooked at rear and the garden area beyond the pool reaches to the privacy wall which surrounds Calabay Parc. This is the perfect to cool off after a day at the theme parks. Gas pool heating is available if required and recommended during the winter months. The luxury patio furniture which consists of table, 4 chairs, 8 sun loungers and 3 small side tables, is provided for relaxation by the pool, or to dine al fresco. The pool lighting can be used at night. The development is on a lakeside setting and a clubhouse is due for completion.
