Set on a dominant hill in the Chianti countryside with beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves, Villa LisiDor has a perfect location, far away from noise, but in the heart of the famous “Gallo Nero” wine region.

You’ll be able to hear only the sounds of nature as you play tennis, swim in your private pool, and have homemade meals on your terrace, perhaps ones you learned in a cooking class!
You can enjoy nice walkings around the villa area and beautiful bicycle itineraries which start from home.

The property is located six kms from the characteristic medieval village of Radda in Chianti where you can find shops, restaurants, markets, banks, pharmacy and a post office.

In half an hour you can reach Siena, well known for its exiting bi-annual bareback horse races, the Palio, held once in July and once in August and San Gimignano, one of the most visited towns in Tuscany, famous for its towers. It's also possible to take day trips to Volterra and Florence, follow the beautiful castle tour in the near hills or enjoy the many bath thermal opportunities in Siena district.

Don’t forget wine and oil tasting opportunities, which are granted in each farm or during special events like “Cantine aperte” (31 May), “Calici di Stelle (10 August), “Welcome Harvest” (September)

On GROUND FLOOR, which is at garden level, is a large sitting room with Tv Sat area, a dining room in front of the pool, a professional steel kitchen for cooking and on request cooking lessons and a fitted, large laundry room.
In front of the pool a large veranda for eating outside over an amazing view of vineyards and Tuscany countryside.

On FIRST FLOOR a cozy living room with a huge fireplace.
Two spacious double bedrooms, one twin bedded room (can be converted into a double), two bathrooms and one little store room.
And the SUITE: a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the tower room, which can serve as a cozy private living room with stunning views over the surrounding vineyards or as bedroom for children (double sofa bed).

All bedrooms have AIR CONDITIONING and autonomous heating control.

Follow the paved road SP Traversa del Chianti until the sign Fattoria La Mandria' where an unpaved road of 1.5 kms takes you to the villa.

20% for booking confirmation, balance 3 weeks before arrival.
To add to weekly price the breakages deposit of 350€, which will be returned with same payment method after check-out.

To pay cash onsite is the tourist tax: 4€/day/person only for the first week. Children under 12 do not pay. (if not different for next year)

Extras upon request onsite are:
- A/C by consumption (0,90€/kWh)
- Heating: 20€/day (can be requested onsite)

Extras + tourist tax will be deducted after check-out from the breakages deposit.
