This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom brand new luxury villa with private pool is perfect for family groups. Modern spacious rooms. Beds sleep 10, plus cot or z bed for children. Only 500 metres from Coelha beach, which has an excellent beach bar restaurant. One of the few new builds so close to the beach. Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, in a private gated development of 5 other similar villas. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard throughout.Air conditioning in every room. Patio doors from Living room,lower bedrooms to the garden. Pool with heating option surrounded by terraces a lawned garden and high shrubs for privacy. BBQ Close to all amenities,shops etc. Suitable for mature groups and families.

Pool heating €250 per week, wifi €25 per week, cots and Z-bed €25 per week.
Long term winter rents please note the base price excludes electricity. cleaning is not provided but can be arranged.

General Information
Check in is between 3pm and 10pm. Arrivals after 10pm will be charged out of hours fee of €50 to be paid on arrival.

Changeover day is SATURDAY but outside the peak season, we are flexible with duration of stay, prices and changeover day. Therefore, please CONTACT US with your requirements. BAGGAGE SAVING: Every guest will receive a pool towel for duration of their holiday and there is a hairdryer.

Perfect for a large family group

maryjanebird Perfect for a large family group  Left on Nov 13, 2022 for a stay in Jul 2022 What a wonderful stay. We will be back. The pool and outside eating area and gardens were ideal for relaxing in. The bedrooms were the perfect number for our extended family, including 4 couples and 4 young children. Plenty of bathroom spaces and good showers left us with lots of privacy. The kitchen was really well equipped for this large party plus visitors. Manfred and Tracy are perfect hosts. A bigger barbecue would have been good, but everything else was wonderful. The location was ideal too. A short walk to the beach with a fabulous restaurant and walking distance to 2 other restaurants at night. Both great for the children. Thank you

 Left on Aug 12, 2022 for a stay in Aug 2022 Had a really lovely holiday here. The villa was well equipped with a great size pool and a lovely garden space out back. The owners were so helpful; we were able to arrange taxis with ease and we appreciated the pastry breakfast drop off one morning! The location is excellent, literally minutes from lovely Bunny Beach and served by high-end restaurants. Check out O Marinheiro and O Amigo. Dom Dinis was also delicious - more casual. Overall great holiday. Can’t wait to return :)

 Left on May 18, 2022 for a stay in Apr 2022 The perfect choice for a luxurious, relaxed get away! It was our second stay here and as the first stay was so amazing, we wouldn''''t have chose to stay anywhere else. The villa is beautiful, spacious, secure and comfortable. The outside areas are immaculate, especially the pool. Manfred and Tracy are always available, so friendly and welcoming and go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Even when we left an item behind, they went to such lengths and efforts to return this to us which we are so so grateful for. Cannot thank them enough for another fantastic stay. We will definitely be back in the future and would highly recommend to friends and family.
