Description
The Casa James is a legally Licensed (no 15066AL) rental house with the Portuguese Ministry of Tourism, without this licence it is very dangerous for clients to book a rental property Clients can check and see that they are renting off the ACTUAL OWNER not a bogus web site scam. To give both parties added security we never take a booking or deposits until we have spoken in person with the clients requesting to book our villa, so if it is a serious request send your telephone contact and we will call you back.Our property is a very large modern spacious 2 storey villa situated in Vale de Parra, close to restaurants, bars and shops, just behind the magnificent Gale Beach. This two storey villa has air conditioning in all rooms which is included in the rental cost ,there is also a hi tech electric heating system giving absolute luxurious comfort for winter lettings. All windows are triple glazed with 'sealed in' Venetian blinds and professional roll down mosquito netting. The ground floor comprises of a spacious lounge/dining room with a STREAMING INTERNET TV system .There are French windows onto the patio area, large fully fitted kitchen with an oven and hob unit, dishwasher, micro/ oven, coffee m/c, fridge/freezer etc, laundry facility with a built in washing machine in the kitchen and ironing facilities. The ground floor bedrooms consist 1 double with flat screen smart TV and USB point, this bedroom now has a very large en-suite wet room . The other ground floor bedroom is a twin with en-suite shower room and also on this floor there is a separate luxury bathroom. On the 1st floor Bedroom 1 master bedroom with king sized bed, balcony and TV, Bedroom 2 with a double bed and an additional single bed, Bedroom 3 has twin beds TV and balcony, all with en-suite shower rooms and USB and USC sockets built in.
With a extra downstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink, Toilet and bidet
The Patio area with extensive terraces and fruit trees behind secure perimeter walls and fencing and access to the villa is through electric coded gates and doors. The 10m x 5m swimming pool can be heated if requested at agreed additional cost prior to arrival, There is CHILD SAFETY POOL FENCING which can be removed for clients who do not request it, sun loungers, patio furniture, covered barbecue area, poolside shower & outside wc .
New for 2025 we are refitting out the lounge with all new furniture and large screen TV
There is now an electric controlled awning which gives if required another shaded area covering the patio area outside the front entrance.
The TV system in the lounge consists of a large 75" OLED flat screen and numerous channels including all uk channels, bbc ,itv ,sky sports, films etc are received through an internet streaming system we have installed, which very rarely fails but it is totally reliant on the quality of supply and we give no guarantee to having this available as if the internet goes down we can not do anything to rectify. The 5G WI-FI in the villa is coded and these codes will be given to clients on arrival.

Perfect Holiday
By Margo Evans on 09-Aug-2025We have just returned from another wonderful family holiday at Casa James. There were three generations of us ranging in age from 72 to 1! We came here three years ago and all loved it then. Rick and Fiona were brilliant again at answering any questions incredibly quickly before we left, recommending a transfer company from the airport which was very efficient, providing a baby seat and two child seats. The house is spotless and so well equipped. Manuel came to make sure we were alright and ask if we had any questions - reassuring to know there is someone to turn to if an emergency arose! There were 6 adults and 3 children and enough space for a quiet corner to always be found to read a book! The pool was wonderful and my 4 year old grandson learned to swim without arm bands during our week's stay. There is an Aldi 5 minutes walk away for fresh bread every morning and all other food and drink requirements. None of us wanted to leave! A perfect place to relax and recharge the batteries.
Amazing villa …
By Jill Knowles on 02-Aug-2025We have just come back from a week in Casa James. It was absolutely immaculate nothing to fault. We spent the week with my daughter son-in-law and two granddaughters. We spent many a day in the pool and all fell in love with the area. Manuel who manages the property was so helpful and Rick and Fiona the owners went beyond helping us to make sure that my son in a wheelchair was fully capable of getting in and out of the villa. We will definitely be going back and would recommend this to anyone wishing to visit the Albuferia area.

Absolutely fabulous
By Shelley on 26-Jun-2025Stayed in this villa with family, we were all overwhelmed when we entered the villa. It’s absolutely spotlessly clean everything you need , the kitchen has every utensil you could think of, the new re furnished lounge is amazing, bedrooms all lovely with fantastic showers & the bedding is excellent quality. The pool area is fantastic the pool is so inviting especially when the weather was so hot, bbq area great & again all utensils available ( even citronella candles on the outside tables) the area is nice & quiet & within a 2/3 minute walk there is an aldi bars restaurants & a bus service to Albufeira. Manuel was a lovely man & nothing was a problem if you have any ( we never ) We all had a lovely time & have booked this villa for next yr. It’s pure luxury & so glad we found it.
Prachtige villa in Algarve

Everyone enjoyed the luxurious bathrooms, new living room with the huge TV screen. The pool was also fantastic and nice and warm. The grandchildren did not want to get out. Furthermore, thanks for the great service from Manuel, thanks to him our stay in the Algarve was very nice.
