It starts with the location overlooking sea and countryside greenery on one side; blue on the other.

Outdoors if you think the terrace with its pentagon-shaped pool is lovely during the day you should see it at night when the lighting really brings it to life. Inside Pergola 4 is a classic Gozo farmhouse confection of warm stone grand arches (a motif neatly reflected in the arched windows throughout) and cool space.

Individually every single room and space is lovely. Collectively it all adds up to something really rather special". Jules

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Ground floor:

The living area’s large corner sofa offers plenty of lounging space beneath those mighty stone arches. Next door a combined kitchen dining area looks out over Gozitan countryside.

The pentagon-shaped pool is surrounded by sun loungers BBQ a dining table and chairs. Its Pergola Valley setting with views over Ghajn Barrani Bay make this a wonderfully tranquil place to be.

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor with its double bed and en-suite shower room. There’s a separate family bathroom on the ground floor too.

Take the marble staircase to the rest of this Gozo holiday farmhouse’s bedrooms.

First Floor:

Bedroom 2 has a double bed en-suite shower and a gorgeous terrace which overlooks the pool and the countryside beyond.

Bedroom 3 has 3 single beds and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 4 has twin beds and an en-suite shower room

LOCATION: Xaghra

Ramla Bay one of Gozo’s very best beaches is just a 15 minute drive away.

Ix-Xwejni Bay and Qbajjar Bay are both just a few minutes away too and are great places for swimming fishing boating and diving.

Xaghra is also home incredible history. The Ggantija Temples the oldest standing structures in the world are an essential visit. You can find more about them on our Archaeology & Temples in Gozo pages.

The nearest restaurant to your Gozo holiday home is just a 10 minute stroll away and there’s lots more choice if you take the 10 minute drive to Xaghra’s village square.
You will find a range of restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets in the village which is 2 KM from Villa Homedes.
