PROPERTY DETAIL

Ground floor:

Stone steps lead down to the entrance deck with a large private pool and countryside vista. There is a private single car port here.
The white terrace doors open into a large living space of limestone character.

A modern kitchen has every amenity for a self-catering holiday. An integral dining room with a table to seat 8 guests and family room with flat screen TV and sofa, provide home comfort.

You will find Bedroom 1 on the ground floor with Double bed. A bathroom with toilet, sink and shower is also located here with a separate washing machine room.

First floor:

Limestone steps take you to the first floor with a comfortable reading or study area to relax and unwind.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds.

Bedroom 3 is bright and airy with white painted arched wooden doors that open onto a balcony. There is a double bed with ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 4 has a double bed and views from its balcony
There is a separate family bathroom on this floor.

Outdoor Area:

A pretty grassed area surrounds a large pool sized 9.5m X 5m with terrace and sun loungers for relaxation.

Beyond the pool toward front of Nirvana you will enjoy an expansive decking and terrace area with a 5-seater outdoor sofa and parasol. Adjacent is a 6-seater outdoor dining table with chairs and a charcoal grill for cooking al fresco. A second parasol provides additional cover for the hotter weather.

Additional information:
AC in the bedrooms and living space. These are operated by coins on a pay as you use basis.
