Property Cadastral : 3981601BC5938S0001PX Please note that the maximum length of stay at this property is 10 nights due to the new restrictions and legal obligations enforced by the Valencian tourist board. Please check the calendar before booking in July and August, as we do not accept bookings where there is more than a day gap between the departure of the previous guests and your arrival date during July and August. If you are unsure regarding your dates please contact us before making a reservation. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking, the balance being due 30 days before the arrival date. made by bank transfer, cash, or via credit card. The 25% deposit is non-refundable. If we have still not received the balance one week after the due date, then the booking will be deemed to have been cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited and we reserve the right to rebook the property. All monies paid are forfeited if you cancel as per table below. table :- 25 % charge (deposit) 30 days prior to arrival 100% charge A security damage deposit is payable before arrival by bank transfer or as a retention against your credit card and will be returned within 7 days of departure following a satisfactory check of the facilities at the property. If you are using a credit card for the damage deposit this deposit can only be held for a maximum of 7 days and then will be automatically voided and another hold against the same card will be made this will then be voided within 72 hours of departure. Bank transfer damage deposits will be returned within 7 days of departure. You have set the following house rules for your guests: Charging electric vehicles at the property is strictly prohibited Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed.. Parties/events are not allowed. Single sex groups / Hen and Stag parties not allowed We do not accept any groups where the lead renter is under the age of 35 years old unless it is part of a family with children.
