Description

PLEASE ENQUIRE IF YOUR GROUP IS LESS THAN 10 PEOPLE AS WE HAVE DIFFERENT ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS & PRICES**Our villa is nestled in its own hillside olive grove with panoramic views over Kalamata, the Messinian bay and the Taygetos mountains and only a 15 minute drive from Kalamata. The house has strategically placed windows and doors so you get these incredible views everywhere you go. It has a large private pool at the house with the beach, a mini-market and a few tavernas only a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away. It has its own gates for your privacy and security.
The villa can be rented entirely, which will sleep 10 people or, for smaller groups, you can rent either the apartment (sleeps up to 4) or the main house (sleeps up to 6).
The main house is spread over 2 floors. Upstairs there are 2 x king size bedrooms and 1 x twin bedroom (which can be turned into a king sized bed). All bedrooms come with en-suite shower and one also includes a bath. All have matching handmade, bespoke wardrobes, dressing tables and strategically placed mirrors. All bedrooms have private balconies with table and chairs to admire the spectacular views. Downstairs is a large open plan lounge, diner and kitchen all with panoramic views over the pool, sea and mountains.
The apartment sits above the main house and has a double bedroom and another bedroom that can be a twin or king size, and a shared family bathroom. Each bedroom has its own balcony with chairs to watch the sunset. The living space is an open plan lounge, diner and fully equipped kitchen with double doors that lead onto the large balcony for alfresco dining. All windows and doors have panoramic views over the pool, sea and mountains.
All bed linen and towels are provided, as well as beach towels.
If you want to venture from the house, it is placed near blue flag beaches and is ideal to visit historical and archaeological sites, spectacular caves and charming, traditional Greek villages. It is also close to award winning golf courses. There are a range of beaches with sunbeds and tavernas serving food and drinks and secluded beaches, all where you can relax. In the house, we have provided information about interesting places to visit along with recommendations for great places to eat where homemade food from locally sourced ingredients is served.
For booking and reservations, please email. Upon booking there is a 10% non-refundable deposit required. Full payment is due 6 weeks before your holiday arrival date plus a £200 fully refundable damage deposit and a €10 a night government city tax (100% of this goes to them; we do not benefit from this). The damage deposit will be returned to guests once the house has been checked over by us post-departure.

By Moira Dryland on 10-Oct-2025We all loved your Villa and the weather did not deter us at all. I could see you have put in lots of work on your grounds and orchard area tough in higher temperatures. Sarah (daughter in law) swam every day but the last as we were in Kalamata on market day. Great atmosphere and fun once we parked people watching and visiting the castle although I did not explore as much as the others as I felt it was more prudent for my replaced hip joint and femur issues not to overdo climbing. This was a replacement of a 27 yr old first replacement. The views were wonderful and we sampled your plums very nice. Sarah runs and walks for exercise on alternate days and really explored, sometimes up further and down along the beach. Loved turning left and the restaurant on the beach with the good fish menu. I think it was Vrahos or something similar. One other turning on the right had ‘red mullet’ and I had 4 small ones with heads and tails, a reminder for me of fish in China. If the opportunity comes up we certainly would like to visit again. I am so glad we came. My husband passed last October on our eldest son’s birthday and as Anthony has a short life time prognosis we all wanted this one in a few days time to follow some happy memories and laughter which your beautiful villa provided for us so thank you both so much.
what a beautiful, stunning place

We were all taken back by how breathtaking the views are and the location. Our extended Greek family came for visit and were blown away too with how stunning the place is. The villa stay was a huge factor in contributing to some very happy memories of our son's wedding holiday We hope we left it in a satisfactory condition, we cleaned and tidied as much as we could. We would love to return to the villa at some point in the future and will definitely recommend to friends.

We have all agreed one of the best places we have been, and we travel a lot having spent 4 years in oz I make sure my kids are experiencing a lot of Europe and USA .

We all had plenty of space, especially with the addition of the apartment. The kids adored the pool and spent most of the day in there, escaping to the air-con only when forced! We enjoyed fantastic meals out locally, with spectacular sunsets. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
