Our first visit to the island but won''t be the last! The views and scenery from the private terrace of the Artist''s House are simply breathtaking and I was thoroughly entertained by the changing light over the vista through out the day, as well as the abundance of stunning butterflies and other wildlife that wafted through the many surrounding trees! The generous outside area meant you could find sun or shade to suit any time of day as well as enjoying a refreshing dip in the pool.The outdoor living space has been particularly well provided for and considering the number of dwelling on the hillside it is very peaceful. Nearby beaches and coastline are equally beautiful but with a well stocked fridge, it required some motivation to venture away from the house... On arrival we received a very warm welcome from the helpful, friendly and efficient Spiros, many thanks to you and to the lovely cleaning ladies, for helping to make our visit such a pleasant one! Out first time in Corfu - the area around the house is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful break close to the many amazing bays and restaurants. Renting a boat and hopping up and down the coast is really easy - amazing holiday for the family. The house is perfect for a family of four - plenty of space in and outside. Has everything you need incl bbq. Main thing is of course the view which is out of this world. Host was really friendly and help us out on a few occasions. Very much recommend staying.
We loved this villa, with an amazing view, and lots of secluded outside space. The villa is beautifully furnished, we could not believe how quiet it was. Would definitely recommend The Artist''s House fantastic stay.
