Description

A DETACHED 3 BEDROOM VILLA WITH POOL,

IN the heart of the village of Kalathos just a 10 min drive from Lindos.

A CAR IS NOT ESSENTIAL FOR THIS VILLA


The villa is recently refurbished , well furnished with everything brand new.

The villa is in a very peaceful location, very private as its overlooking an orchard.

The garden has its own private pool with plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying the Greek sunshine.

It's just a 2 min walk to the main rd., where you will find two excellent café/bars providing Greek cuisine and very good homemade Pizza.

They will also cook English breakfast if you ask.


The village also has a great bakery, pharmacy, dentist and a Gyros Takeaway, along with a few other shops
The village is also on the main bus route from Rhodes Town to the far south of the island..


The ⛱️ beach is approx. a 20 min walk, and heads all the way to the fishing village of Charaki.

There is a fantastic restaurant run by a Greek family , a beach bar with sun beds and well earned refreshments.

There is also a well stocked supermarket in this area.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 with balconies, overlooking the sea and mountains of Charaki.

There is an upstairs bathroom with a double shower.


Downstairs is one twin room, with another bathroom/shower room, which overlooks the beautiful pool. Just right for a morning dip.

The kitchen and living room are open plan, and look out into the garden /orchard with a very private outside dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine, a substantial fridge/freezer/full size oven and hob, and a breakfast bar with stools.

At the back of the villa there is a lovely chilling out area, which picks up the afternoon sun, perfect for relaxing.

The villa has all the facilities for a relaxing holiday.
We have bluetooth speakers, a dvd/cd player and plenty of music to choose from.
We also have a cot and high chair for your younger members of the family.The pool is also child friendly.

Amazing week with friends

from Villa may rose,really enjoyed our stay there as looking to go back in SeptemberWe spent an amazing week with friends at villa may rose,kalathos.The villa was beyond our expectations with a wonderful view.The private pool,outdoor bar b q as well as the excellent accomodation on both floors made our stay particularly special. Lindos is a 5 min drive away where there are all the bars and restaurants ,and the beach is only a short walk

it was so good to go back to rhodes.we have stayed at villa rose twice and this visit was as enjoyable as ever.we were able to relax and for birdwatchers its a good spot. very quiet withconvenientshops close by

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa may rose in Kalathos. The villa is comfortable, modern and oozes charm. The outdoor area is stunning,with a magnificent pool to cool off and unwind. The surrounding area is beautiful with local restaurants, shops and bars just a short walk away. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
