By Mark on 16-Aug-2025What can I say, this villa is simply outstanding and undersold in the photos. The villa itself is perfect, 3 good bedrooms with air-conditioning, multiple bathrooms, stunning outdoor pool, perfect views and lovely outdoor seating area - this place has it all! Comms with Ivor were spot on from day 1, location on the villa was tricky initially to find, but the morning walk to the bakery in town soon made it second nature. Not too far to walk to nice restaurants, or drive further afield if you prefer. 5 star all the way and one of the best we've stayed in over 20+ years of villa holidays.

By James on 26-Jul-2025Fantastic property- super private and secluded, but well located for Lindos and other big resorts nearby. We absolutely loved our family holiday to Villa Helios and the owner Ivor was very responsive and helpful.
The Best Villa we’ve ever stayed in!
By Julie on 28-Jul-2024Villa Helios was perfect! Very peaceful, huge pool had everything you needed including some goodies on arrival! Beds were comfy and rooms were very spacious with air con! Local bakery 3 min drive and supermarket 5 mins away. Ideal location near to Lindos only 45 mins from airport. We hade transfer via m&s car hire and our car was waiting at the villa on arrival. Don’t hesitate to book here. We’ve stayed in villas in the US and this is by far the best. Contact throughout from Ivor was excellent and we enjoyed his restaurant recommendations. Hope to be back soon!

Fantastic stay in quiet villa with private pool
By Jon Fox on 20-Jul-2024The villa is well situated in Katholos near Lindos. It’s well maintained and has Internet and smart TV. Rooms are air conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped with Cooker micro wave washing machine and dishwasher. Is well serviced and cleaned . Pool is brilliant and serviced during your stay. You will ideally need a car as it is high on a hill but the local car hire firm are very good and will also transfer you from the airport. They are M&S cars and have a UK link . Over all a great family stay.

Wonderful Stay
By Wendy Wilkins on 18-Sep-2023Wonderful break We have been to Rhodes on several occasions - it is our favourite holiday destination - and although we hadn't stayed at Villa Helios before I would have no hesitation in going there again. The villa itself is superbly presented and maintained, and it is in an excellent location to access all the attractions Rhodes has to offer. We all can't wait to go back!

A great place to stay
