Description
Wecome to our lovely Villa Amare!Built on a curve to take full advantage of its panoramic and uninterrupted sea and mountain views. It is situated in the quieter, more desirable location of Kisla, just one kilometre away from Kalkan. Taxis are very reasonable or it is a 25 minute very scenic walk. Our villa is just 200 metres to the turquoise Mediterranean sea and the friendly Kalkan Beach Club, or the beautiful Villa Mahal Hotel and beach club. From these you can take use water taxis to take you across the bay to Kalkan Harbour, which is lined with wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars to suit every taste and budget.
Villa Amare has five generous air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms, all beautifully tiled in local travertine. There are three doubles with king size beds, and two twin bedrooms. All rooms have sea views and all bar one (a twin) has a balcony. The spacious bathrooms all have a wet - room shower.
We have two separate terraces, one by your swimming pool, here you have the lovely stone table and ten chairs and a BBQ, and the entrance terrace that has wrought iron cushioned sofas to relax under the pergola, ideal for a sundowner! Also here there is a table tennis table for the energetic.

Wir wurden liebevoll empfangen und für jede Frage hatte der Gastgeber eine prompte Antwort. Als große Familie werden wir immer eine gute Erinnerung haben!
The Wonderful Villa Amare
By Lisa & Stephen on 23-Jul-2024Villa Amare is a wonderful villa for the perfect holiday, the pictures on the website really do not do the beautiful villa justice, it really did exceed our expectations. It was absolutely perfect, the attention to detail in decoration, the size of the bedrooms and beautiful en-suites on every bedroom were just perfect. The views from the balconies on each floor are stunning. On arrival the whole villa from top to bottom was absolutely spotless and smelt beautifully clean which made a late arrival wonderful to be able to just unpack and go to bed after a very long day of travel. The outside sun bed space, pool area and dinning area were just everything we needed, again, bigger than expected. The downstairs toilet and shower is great and also the outside accessible toilet and shower is another great idea when your wet from the pool. Onder, wow, what a wonderful man he is and he looked after us so well during our stay, nothing was too much trouble, bread, water and milk delivered every morning, he was amazing which really did add to the luxury of our holiday. For us as a family of 7 starting at the age of 23 to 78, we used taxis into Kalkan and back every day as it wasn’t walking distance for everyone in the Turkish heat (July) and very steep hills but the taxis are fantastic and cheap, especially if your find Yusuf, he was fantastic. Just keep their card when you find a good one, most cars take up to 6 adults. The shop just up the hill had all the essentials we needed to top up the bigger supermarket shop (they will also deliver), and the beach clubs down the hill were easily accessible for a change of scenery. We were quite happy spending a lot of the days in the villa overlooking the stunning views of Kalkan bay from the sun beds and cooling off in the pool. We ate out most days in the fantastic restaurants in Kalkan plus a few take always using Villa eats app. All in all we could not fault villa Amare and would not hesitate to recommend the villa if you want to visit Kalkan. Amanda was fantastic from start to finish through the booking process and beyond and ensuring everything was ok prior to and after our holiday.
Perfect Start to Summer

We particularly appreciated the layout of the dining area, kitchen, pool and lounge all on the same level. There are lovely sea views of Kalkan Bay from all levels of the beautifully appointed and well equipped villa. When needed, caretaker Onder was on hand and even helped pinpoint our car on Whats App for a garage, when they came to repair a flat tyre.. The family beach below and a local convenience store above were only a few minutes walk. We definitely plan to return.

Another Idyllic Stay at Villa Amare
By Martian Girl on 14-Jul-2023The fifth time we''ve stayed and the villa gets better and better every time. The villa is beautifully decorated and the ensuite bathrooms now have walk-in wet room type showers which are lovely. There is masses of space for everyone even with full occupancy. It''s lovely to have your own private villa, but perks such as fresh bread delivered daily and cleaners that come in once or twice a week and replace the towels and make up the beds beautifully, are the icing on the cake. The outside dining/ BBQ area is one of my favourite spots to enjoy and with Amanda''s creative flair in the decoration – pretty turkish tiles, wooded shelves and shutters, mirrors and planting – it feels very relaxed and loved. On the upper terrace you get the morning sun and a shady afternoon spot for a snooze or read. A new addition is a table tennis table which we also enjoyed! You can easily have a fab evening in either BBQing yourself (I highly recommend it!) with some Effes or Angora Wine sourced from Bob''s up the hill, or there are super restaurants both in the Fidanka just a couple of minutes walk up the hill, or in Kalkan itself. Also worth mentioning is the beach club a few minutes away – not cheap for food, but enormous portions, and just up the road, Villa Mahal for a ''posher'' beach club or a swanky evening drink.
Fantastic stay at Villa Amare

Amanda was very helpful & quick to communicate . We used the Mahal Beach Club which was an oasis . There''''s lots to do around the area . Then boat trips are a particular high light . We could not fault our stay at Villa Amare . Many thanks Amanda for a lovely holiday .
