By Johnny on 01-Aug-2024Mimoza and Jimmy were superb hosts from beginning to end. Very attentive to all our needs and great to stop for a chat with. They have a lovely villa and are clearly very house proud judging by the way they look after it. The villa is perfectly located for exploring the area with pretty Kassiopi a five minute drive away and Avalaki beach a 7 minute walk with two super Tavernas and a boat rental on the shore there (a great way to explore the north east coast). Could not recommend Villa Sania more highly.
The Location Was Perfect!
By Galina on 01-Aug-2024We spend one week at this beautiful villa . The villa was 100% as described and nothing was missing . This place is very private, clean , beautiful view, very nice pool . Locating is perfect, just 7 min walk to the beach . Beach is nice and clean with 2 tavernas . Mimoza is very friendly and attentive, she did even more than expected. We had a great time at this villa .

By Natalie N on 07-Jul-2024Beautiful villa, clean and comfortable, in an excellent location with friendly and professional hosts. Supermarket, restaurants, boat hire, shopping all readily accessible. A good balance of low key family time and socialising. Plenty for the young in both Kassiopi and Stefanos - we tended to book taxis ahead. White House was excellent but also loved the local tavernas. We walked to the pebble beach but if you really don’t want the 8 min walk back uphill you can park at the beach. Would recommend a car for supermarket trips and to discover places further afield. We were so happy there that we didn’t go far. Perfect for our group of 8 - 6 young (19-26) and 2 not so young
BEAUTIFUL VILLA and Great Hospitality

It was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The pool area, along with the stunning view of Albania in the distance, was a highlight. We loved relaxing in the sun throughout our stay. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to Avlaki Beach with its crystal-clear water. Don’t forget mosquito spray for the walk back! We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the beachfront taverna, Cavo Barbara, where the Greek food and setting were delightful. For those seeking adventure, we highly recommend renting quad bikes from Quad Corfu Adventure or a boat from Avlaki Beach to explore the Blue Caves. A big thank you to Mimoza and Jimmy for their wonderful hospitality, which made our family holiday unforgettable!
