By Hannah on 24-Aug-2025Everything! Big kitchen/dining area with a nice, big table. Great pool and lounging area. Beautiful property, well maintained and spotless. We were two families of four and it was perfect for us. All four bedrooms were spacious and had A/C, lovely bathrooms and a veranda or balcony. The property is a 5/10 minute walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants and a 5 minute drive to Kassiopi, which offers many more and a variety of shops.
Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Spacious villa - perfect for two families, really comfy beds and all bedrooms with modern en suite facilities and air con. Stunning pool and seating terrace, the pictures don’t do it justice. The owners were so friendly and we had regular cleaning through out our stay plus a change of sheets mid week! We would definitely return to Villa Sania and highly recommend it as a wonderful place to stay for a holiday in Corfu.

By Ezio Ch on 18-Sep-2025There were 8 adults. Each room has a bathroom and air conditioning. Large rooms, good beds, very clean, had everything you need. Beautiful and well-equipped kitchen and laundry room. Bath towels and beach towels available. Very nice sea and mountain views and a quiet location. 5 mins to the beautiful pebble beach, wonderfully clear water and an excellent taverna on the beach. Very professional, dedicated and lovely hosts who made our stay more than perfect; the welcome left us speechless, the refrigerator was already filled with water, tonic and milk. The pictures don't quite do justice to the extraordinary accommodation. In reality, it is many times more beautiful, modern, and very tastefully furnished. The accommodation offers everything you could wish for: a very nice pool, a pergola for outdoor dining, and a nice (illuminated) barbecue area. Simply a dream, and the location is also great, close to the beach and the city where you can find everything, yet still offering plenty of peace and relaxation. A little gem.

By Johnny on 01-Aug-2024Mimoza and Jimmy were superb hosts from beginning to end. Very attentive to all our needs and great to stop for a chat with. They have a lovely villa and are clearly very house proud judging by the way they look after it. The villa is perfectly located for exploring the area with pretty Kassiopi a five minute drive away and Avalaki beach a 7 minute walk with two super Tavernas and a boat rental on the shore there (a great way to explore the north east coast). Could not recommend Villa Sania more highly.
The Location Was Perfect!
By Galina on 01-Aug-2024We spend one week at this beautiful villa . The villa was 100% as described and nothing was missing . This place is very private, clean , beautiful view, very nice pool . Locating is perfect, just 7 min walk to the beach . Beach is nice and clean with 2 tavernas . Mimoza is very friendly and attentive, she did even more than expected. We had a great time at this villa .
