The Little Olive Press, Kassiopi, CorfuLuxury stone 5 bedroom villa with private pool, panoramic sea views, yet within walking distance of the magical village of Kassiopi. Sleeps 14. Villa is 310m2 set in a 4000m2 plot!
Kassiopi is the jewel of the Emerald Isle, Corfu. Kassiopi has evolved from a traditional fishing village and has grown into a modern & affluent holiday resort which has charmed visitors with its rich heritage and unique position in the Northeast of the Island, whilst maintaining that historic Greek feel. Kassiopi central square is a mere 12 minutes (1km) gentle walk from Little Olive Press. With abundant fantastic restaurants serving 'catch of the day', trendy bars where you can people watch, walks around the headland and an array of beaches Kassiopi has something for everyone.. If you are looking for day time activities you will not be disappointed either. There are a number of excursions provided by the agents in the village, including Corfu Town, Old Perethia and Mount Panokrator day trips. Also a number of different boat trips from the harbour, or even hire your own boats for the day to find those secluded bays yourself! Aqualand is not far away for those with children who seek a fun-filled day out.
The main event is the outside sun terrace with panoramic sea views. Here you will find the sheltered outside kitchen (BBQ and pizza oven), large outside dining table and outdoor sofas, which leads onto the private pool surrounded by sun loungers. There is a child friendly shallow section to the pool. Downstairs terrace with outside lounge seating area under citrus trees and more spectacular sea views.

Welcome basket on arrival. Private pool, table tennis table, Sonos Speaker system inside and out, Xbox console. outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven, Smart TVs in bedrooms, lounge and games room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property as well as under-floor heating should you wish to come in the cooler months. All windows along withs the patio doors in every bedroom have shutters and insect nets. Towels, pool towels and 100% cotton sheets provided during your stay. All mattresses are Imperial Strom. 2 travel cots and highchair available. We can organise a private chef if you wish to be wined and dined throughout your stay. Please discuss prices and availability. Car parking spaces available in front of the property.

By Mrs Orrow on 26-Nov-2025I took my extended family to The Little Olive Press for a week away in October, and we were certainly not disappointed. One of the most important things for me was to find a villa that could accommodate an elderly family member with moderate mobility issues where stairs are a specific issue. Apart from a couple of steps from the parking area the whole villa is internally on one level which made things so much easier for us all. Jonathan & Alec were on hand via message whenever we needed anything and offered us the use of a wheelchair that’s at the villa, although we didn’t need this. I unfortunately needed to work whilst on holiday and the villa has a great little office space in one of the bedrooms – a desk, screen and a keyboard etc so I was able to do a few video calls using the decent internet connection they have there. Kassiopi, what a lovely place to visit! We ate down in the harbour most evenings and I think our favourite would have to be Tavernaki and The Old School however I think our favourite place was Levanda as the food was outstanding and they had a good inside space for the chilly October evenings. If you are looking for a stunning villa, with views to die for then you will struggle to find much better than this one! A week just wasn’t long enough for us and we will hopefully be back in the future! Thank you

The villa is even more beautiful than the photos - traditional, spacious, and immaculately clean, with every comfort considered. The layout worked perfectly for our large group of adults and children, offering privacy and togetherness all in one. The bedrooms are spacious with top-quality mattresses and linens, and the bathrooms are spotless. The kids loved the huge games room with the Xbox and table tennis, and the adults appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, coffee machine, relaxing outdoor spaces, and peaceful surroundings. The location is ideal, its a short drive or 15min walk into Kassiopi with its charming harbour, beaches, and amazing restaurants. Tavernaki, Janis, and Petrino were favourites. We hired a boat from Avlaki Beach, which we’d highly recommend, and had a fantastic lunch at The White House in Agni Bay, a real highlight of the trip. A special mention to Alec, the local host/manager, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay - from dropping off a cool box for our boat day to assisting with questions and even helping us find a local doctor for our son. It made such a difference having someone so reliable and kind nearby. The welcome pack, including cold beers and local wine, was also very well received after a long travel day - a thoughtful touch that set the tone for a wonderful stay. Communication with the owners was also excellent from start to finish. We’ve already been talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-located, and family-friendly stay in North Corfu.

By Mr Kolakowski on 15-Sep-2025We had the most amazing holiday at The Little Olive Press Villa, truly a hidden gem of the island! beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax. One of the highlights of our trip was taking a boat around the bays near Kassiopi, the scenery is absolutely stunning. The town itself is full of charm, with so many superb restaurants to enjoy. A special mention has to go to Janis Taverna, where the sunset views are unforgettable and the food is just incredible. We can’t recommend The Little Olive Press enough – a wonderful stay in every way, and we’ll definitely be back.

By Ms Myslik on 10-Sep-2025This villa completely exceeded all of my expectations! The views are incredible from every angle – even better than photos can capture. The pool and outdoor spaces were a highlight, with an outdoor kitchen, plenty of seating, and a large pool to enjoy the scenery. What stood out most was how easy it was to walk into Kassiopi for dinners or beach days. Being tucked away in the hills but only a few minutes’ walk from town is the perfect balance. Kassiopi itself is beautiful, with great restaurants, bars, and shops. The villa is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed, with lots of space to relax and enjoy. I couldn’t recommend it more and definitely hope to return!

By Hilary Orps on 26-Aug-2025We're not long home from a wonderful stay in The Little Olive Press. What a fabulous Villa, in the hills of Kassiopi with the most stunning views!! It was our first family holiday altogether.. 8 adults and 6 children and boy did we have a blast Nothing was a problem... Alec, the villa manager was never far away if we needed his help or advice. He always stayed for a chat too. Ali, the owner, loved seeing my Instagram stories and posts and always replied making sure we were enjoying ourselves The pool and outdoor area is so fab.. I personally loved the surround sound which I had on at all times while chilling in the sun. In the evenings we ate, drank, played games, sang and danced in the outdoor kitchen ️ Indoors is so spacious and beautifully finished. The children loved the games room which has table tennis and an Xbox. We didn't want to leave and I'm pretty sure future guests will feel the exact same! Hopefully we'll visit again ️ If you haven't booked your stay... DO IT️ Hilary and family 🫶
