Villa Indiana, a beautiful 5 bedroom/ 5 bathroom (all en-suite) Villa set in landscaped gardens with a pool. It has been designed carefully for elegance and simplicity in this peaceful setting with lovely views over the sea and surrounding area. Villa Indiana is a short walk from the quiet local beach (275 metres) located between Kassiopi and Avlaki. It is 0.8 miles from Kassiopi Harbour.

The house is situated on a flat piece of land and ideal for small children. We ourselves bought it when our children were very small and specifically designed it with a multi-generational group in mind. The pool is easy to monitor from both the living space and bedrooms providing extra peace of mind. There is a tree house, large sand pit, and an oversize, outdoor chess set. The Villa is situated on a quiet lane that leads down to a lovely beach which has fantastic sunsets. Kassiopi is walking distance away (0.8 miles) and there is a beautiful footpath along the coast and via olive groves that leads directly to the centre of Kassiopi. Going the opposite direction the superb restaurants of Avlaki Bay are only a 10 minute walk (0.4 miles) away. Beyond that is teh nature reserve and San Stefanos.

All five bedrooms are ensuite. The three main bedrooms have lovely views over the pool and garden area. There are two additional bedrooms. One with three single beds and another which can be a twin or double room.

There is also a great jacuzzi and a table tennis table.

One hour drive from Corfu international airport.

10% to reserve. the other 90% must be paid 28 days prior to arrival.
