The villa offers breathtaking 180° sea views, with two nearby islands and the mainland visible in the distance—every room frames this stunning panorama. The property is beautifully maintained, with secure private gates, ample parking, and a serene, private setting. The main villa features two bedrooms with quiet air conditioning, two modern bathrooms, and a spotless, fully equipped kitchen. There’s also a separate garden annex—bright, airy, and ideal for additional guests. The private pool is a great size and not overlooked, perfect for relaxing or letting the kids play freely. We loved dining on the shaded terrace, taking in the incredible views morning and evening. Just a five-minute drive away, a charming village offers great restaurants, a café serving breakfast and coffee, and a couple of supermarkets. Several stunning beaches are within 15–20 minutes, each a beautiful, secluded cove. Highly recommended—Villa Lithia is the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and unforgettable views.”

By K Wall on 20-Jul-2025Often you find the photos of a holiday home you have rented via the internet disappoint. But not Villa Lithia. It was the opposite. The villa, pool and little guest house (perfect for our 18 year old) are more charming and larger than we expected. But it is the views from the property that really do wow you. Every morning, we had coffee on the upper floor balcony and welcomed the priceless sunrise. The pool area is very clean, and the pool attendant comes every day to keep it as it was on day one. The Greek housekeeper was lovely . She changed our linen and bath towels on every visit which was unexpected. The Villa is in walking distance to the village of Maggonos for great restaurants and groceries. Also, there is a downhill walk-through forest to the town of Fiskardo. Since we have returned, I recommended it to family and friends. We would love to return if the owner will have us. Happy holidays!

Our stay in Villa Lithia could not have been more perfect and Bob arranged everything for us including superb car hire. The views from the Villa will stay with me forever!!! We can’t recommend Greek Island Retreats highly enough. Can’t wait to return!!!! Thank you …….

By Annie A on 17-Jun-2025We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Lithia. The villa was very well appointed, but most of our time was spent outside. There were several seating areas, depending if you wanted sun or shade. Our favourite was to sit on the front veranda under the pergola. The view is spectacular over the sea to the other islands. Good fun was to watch the yachts coming and going out of Fiscardo. The pool, of course was a winner with our two young children. My parents accompanied us and stayed in the Guest House which gave them privacy and space. Our best was waking up to the sound of the goat bells in the morning. We will definitely return!
Lithia 2025
By P Stands on 17-May-2025First time on Kefalonia and didn't let us down. Bob was great from start to finish organised our hire car and a few restaurant reservations. Villa was great for our family of 5 large grounds big pool and nice and private, 10 minute walk to Maganos for some great tavernas and a well stocked mini mart. Would have given a 5 but nothings perfect. Would definitely recommend.
Simply Beautiful
By Emily on 25-May-2024Villa Lithia is just beautiful, fabulous set up and a great pool. It was perfect for our family, within easy driving distance to Fiskardo and other surrounding villages. The ‘blue and white’ (as our 2 year old called them) walking trails start at the doorstep and are all over. They are a great way to get about if you don’t want to drive. It is peaceful and has everything that you need. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. The Howarth Family
