Description
This beautiful and comfortable Villa is just 5 min walk to the centre of the charming village of Agia Efimia. In a living space of 100 sqm it offers high quality accommodation for up to 5 guests. The villa is fully air-conditioned (bedrooms plus living-room), beautifully furnished and well-appointed with fittings of the latest modern standard. A free and fast WiFi internet is of course in the Villa provided and covers all indoors and outdoors areas.The Villa benefits from its unique location: within walking distance to the centre of Agia Efimia with excellent amenities (numerous authentic restaurants and cafés, fantastic bakeries, shops, groceries with local products, beaches, boat and car rental, diving school). All this a breath away from the villa. No car rental is necessary, except for exploring the island!
In the upper floor, there are 2 modern bedrooms (one with double, one with twins) with air-conditioning, large wardrobes, balconies with lovely sea and countryside views and a large, modern bathroom with jacuzzi, WC, hairdryer.
On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room with flat Sat-TV, DVD, CD-player, air-conditioning and sofa bed (can accommodate a 5th person); a modern, highly equipped dining kitchen; and a bathroom with shower, WC.
A well-maintained private pool (width 4 x 7 m / depths 0.90 – 1.60 m) and the relaxing sun beds invite you to spend a warm and lazy day at the pool. There are several lovely seating areas outside, with comfortable, high quality garden furnishing and a decked dining area with charcoal BBQ and sink. A safe private parking space inside a gated area is also provided.

By Andrew G. on 07-Oct-2025Everything was perfect . The fridge was stocked with all the essentials when we arrived . We were greeted by the owner who was very helpful . The villa was of a high standard and the outside area was perfect . We inherited a local cat during our stay who we named Athena. Village was two minutes walk and was a wonderful place with everything you need for a perfect holiday . We will definitely be back .
Wonderful Villa

It has everything you need, is a short easy walk to the harbour which has a couple of supermarkets, some bars/restaurants, bakeries, cafes/ice cream and a few gift shops. We had a great 10 days stay - fully relaxed and batteries re-charged. Eleni is a wonderful host, so kind and thoughtful and nothing is too much trouble. The pool is cleaned twice a day by her husband and everything is well maintained. We certainly hope to return in the not too distance future!

Delightful Villa

The position, within a short stroll of the village, was perfect for us. The owners were so kind, generous and friendly and we will be definitely booking again for next year.
Travelled with family and young children

The property is in great condition, has everything you need and the owner, Eleni left some lovely touches at the start, in the middle and at the end of our trip. Her husband cleans the pool every day around 7am and 7pm and you get a thorough clean in the middle of your stay.The location is fantastic, 5 minute walk to the gorgeous harbour of Agia Effimia where there are 3 supermarkets, a deli, bakery, a few general stores and lots of restaurants and cafes. What I loved most was how greek it felt. Yes, there were lots of tourists but it felt like lots of greek people lived there too which I loved.I highly recommend the property and really hope to be back next year.
