Description

Villa Regina is a modern and comfortable Villa, just 5 min walk to the centre of the charming village of Agia Efimia. In a living space of 100 sqm it offers high quality accommodation for up to 5 guests. The villa is fully air-conditioned (bedrooms plus living-room), beautifully furnished and well-appointed with fittings of the latest modern standard. A free and fast WiFi internet is of course in the Villa provided and covers all indoors and outdoors areas.

The beautiful Villa Regina benefits from its unique location: within walking distance to the centre of Agia Efimia with excellent amenities: numerous authentic restaurants and cafés, fantastic bakeries, shops, groceries with local products, beaches, boat und car rental, diving school. All this a breath away from the villa. No car rental is necessary, except for exploring the island!

In the upper floor, there are 2 modern bedrooms (one with double, one with twins) with air-conditioning, large wardrobes, balconies with lovely sea and countryside views and a large, modern bathroom with jacuzzi, WC, hairdryer.

On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room with flat Sat-TV, DVD, CD-player, air-conditioning and sofa bed accommodating a 5th person; a modern, highly equipped dining kitchen; and a bathroom with shower, WC.

A well-maintained private pool (width 4 x 7 m / depths 0.90 – 1.60 m) and the relaxing sun beds invite you to spend a warm and lazy day at the pool. There are several lovely seating areas outside, with comfortable, high quality garden furnishing and a decked dining area with charcoal BBQ and sink. A safe private parking space inside a gated area is also provided.

Fabulous villa!

We had such an amazing stay. The Villa, the location and the people were all so friendly. We were welcomed in person and shown around and there were basics (and wine!!!) left for us. I had a few questions throughout the stay which were all answered quickly. Very very lovely stay and would love to come back! xx

Amazing Holiday

Everything about our holiday was fabulous from beginning to end. A big thank you to Eleni for our amazing welcome and for all the items left in our fridge for us to start off our holiday ! Also for the very thoughtful local gifts given to us before we left. The villa is so fantastic in every way from the space both inside and out, the cleanliness of both house and pool, how well equipped it was and all the facilities available for us to enjoy outside living in the sunshine. Eleni is exceptional as is her property ! The situation of the property could not have been better so close to the centre of the village yet very peaceful. We will most definitely return. Thank You.

Great property

A clean and comfortable house. Close to all the shops and restaurants. A fantastic pool for the days you don’t want to go to the beach. We will return to this house.
