Description
This beautiful Villa benefits from its unique location: secluded and private, but within walking distance to the centre of Agia Efimia with excellent amenities: numerous authentic restaurants and cafés, fantastic bakeries, shops, groceries with local products, boat und car rental, diving school. All this a breath away from the villa. No car rental is necessary, except for exploring the island!In a living space of 100 sqm it offers high quality accommodation for up to 5 guests. The villa is fully air-conditioned (bedrooms plus living-room), beautifully furnished and well-appointed with fittings of the latest modern standard. A free and fast wi-fi internet is of course in the Villa provided and covers all indoors and outdoors areas.
In the upper floor, there are 2 modern bedrooms (one with double, one with twins) with air-conditioning, large wardrobes, balconies with lovely sea and countryside views and a large, modern bathroom with jacuzzi, WC, hairdryer.
On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room with flat Sat-TV, DVD, CD-player, air-conditioning and sofa bed accommodating a 5th person; a modern, highly equipped dining kitchen; and a bathroom with shower, WC.
A well-maintained private pool (width 4 x 7 m / depths 0.90 – 1.60 m) and the relaxing sun beds invite you to spend a warm and lazy day at the pool. There are several lovely seating areas outside, with comfortable, high quality garden furnishing and a decked dining area with charcoal BBQ and sink. Here is the perfect place for relaxing and spending unforgettable holidays with family and friends.

By Tony & Lesley on 30-Jul-2025Eleni & Peter's villa was ideal for a chilled week in Agia Efimia - from the spotless villa and pool, to the generous welcome pack, to the tasty homemade wine (thank you!) and the discrete attention to detail - it was the perfect tonic to recharge. The location was also perfect for us with only a minute or two walk into town and all the amenities on offer: a decent bakery (get in early for a large sugar ring doughnut! 😋), some nice ice cream places, plenty shops & loads of restaurants and bars.

Only a 3 minute walk from the village and harbour. It’s spotlessly clean and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Eleni and Peter are excellent hosts

Easy walking distance to the beautiful village and marina. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Kefelonia. Superb!
