On the ground floor there is a tastefully decorated open plan living area equipped with smart TV, a wood burning stove and a sofa bed, which can accommodate a further person. There is also a well equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area plus a separate w.c. Two pairs of French doors lead from the living / dining area to a large private terrace with table and chairs for alfresco eating and romantic evenings with lovely countryside views.

In the basement there is a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside there is the large swimming pool 11m x 5.5 m with a constant depth of 1.4, a shower, a well equipped kitchen with charcoal barbecue, sink, small fridge, and an adjacent dining area shaded by a pergola with a table that can seat 10. There are both sunny and shaded areas with loungers, director’s chairs, side tables to hold your cold drinks, and deck chairs from which you can relax, unwind soak up the enchanting valley and mountain views that surround this outstanding property. The location of Villa Ponente is perfect: quiet and peaceful, but within easy walking distance (750m) to the attractive and popular yachting harbour of Agia Efimia with its excellent amenities: waterside cafes and bars, friendly tavernas, shops, bakeries, supermarkets, a good butcher also offering delicious local cheese specialities, boat and car rental, diving school and delightful small pebble beaches and coves, ideal for snorkelling in crystal clear waters. A car is only necessary for exploring the island, which is also worthwhile.
