Just a breath away from the busy village Agia Efimia (5 min drive), Villa Stefania offers the opportunity of relaxed and peaceful holidays within a short distance of a popular touristic destination. The beautiful stone made villa provides in some 200 m² and 3 levels comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). The interior is tastefully furnished in authentic Greek traditional style with all modern amenities. Outside there is a very well maintained private pool, a charcoal BBQ and a well tended private garden with comfortable seating facilities under the sun or shade. Here is the ideal place for rest and relax but also for exploring beautiful Kefalonia , as the location is central on the island and thus an ideal base for starting your excursions.Indoors

Outside there are various different areas inviting for relaxing and dining. The lovely pool is checked and maintained regularly. There is a coal grill plus an outside sink, ideal for preparing the dinner outside in warm evenings.

The gorgeous Villa Stefania is set on secluded private grounds amidst the idyllic virgin valley of Pylaros, just 5 min drive to the picturesque and popular harbour of Agia Efimia with all its amenities. It´s an absolute rural and quiet location perfectly suitable for all, looking for a peaceful house to escape to. Villa Stefania is only a five min walk to a local bakery selling also sweets and dairy products. The traditional tavern "Black Sheep" and a supermarket are 700 m from the villa. The spectacular Myrtos beach and numerous little coves, ideal for swimming and snorkelling are easy accessible in a 10 min drive from the Villa. A car rental is recommended.
This beautiful place appeals to families and couples looking for relaxing holidays in a quiet and secluded environment, but in the vicinity of a popular touristic destination (Agia Efimia) with good amenities.

Beautiful house on a perfect location.
By Annet d.R. on 16-Sep-2020Very quiet peaceful place, enough space, nice pool and bbq, (which we fully used), bakery/supermarket/taverne are just a couple of minutes walk. By car you are in 5 minutes in Effimia which is a lovely village with a couple of shops and restaurants. You can hire a boat there and also plan a diving trip! Which is absolutely something to recommend. We rent a car, which is i think necessary to explore the island. And from this location it is perfect. The island on itself is beautiful with all kinds of nice beaches and lovely people. We had a fantastic stay in this villa!

By Tim K. on 03-Sep-2020Lida's Villa just outside Agia Efimia is perfect! The Villa was spotless, and the description is 100% correct. A very private garden, lovely pool, and a covered pergola area with a built-in BBQ area. Inside the Villa is spacious over 3 floors, with the living area on the middle floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor, and then a further bedroom in the 'basement'. The description was spot on - no surprises! Lida was a perfect host, replying to our emails extremely quickly. Strongly recommend.......
