14ft x 35ft pool fully refurbished November 2025.This villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 spacious size bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite with walk-in shower, jazzui bath, twin vessel sinks, and toilet. The second bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe, en-suite with newly fitted walk-in shower, with modern basin and toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed built-in wardrobe with a bathroom opposite with shower, bath, two sinks and toilet. The fourth bedroom has twin beds with built-in wardrobe and shares the bathroom opposite with the third bedroom all bedrooms have t.v. There is a large family room with very comfortable L shaped settee, with a separate settee in the quiet alcove. There is a large TV, and book library
This villa has a well equipped modern kitchen with everything you are likely to need for your catering. There is a dining room with a glass table that seats eight. We have powerful 5G internet. There is a laundry room with large washing machine and tumble dryer with plenty of towels.
The pool area has a large pool ( villa pools in Florida are normally very small) 35foot long with spa, both can be heated if required. Please note there will be an additional charge for the pool and spa to be heated. If you choose to pay the additional cost the pool will be heated to 86 degrees, and spa to 96 degrees. Plenty of pool furniture is available.
The villa is within a gated community, with 24/7 community security.

We make upgrades and improvements every year. You will find this home very up to date and well managed by an English couple, Diane and Gary who live on the same estate.
This villa has an amazing outlook onto a huge lake, perfect to relax around the un-overlooked pool and enjoy all the local wildlife. But close enough for all the Disney Park approx 30 minutes (depending on traffic).

By Frances Osborne on 09-Aug-2025This is the best villa we have stayed in. Fantastic pool , views and facilities. Drives out vary in time depending nn what time you leave. Space centre was 1.5 hrs away on the east coast and well worth it. Had a great break with a mix of lounging and going out. Pool was a godsend given the hottest week of the year so far in Kissimmee.

Summer holiday review
By Sandra M on 03-Aug-2024We enjoyed our stay at this house. We had a little issue, but very quickly we was in touch with the owners and the management company. We had good communications and everything was solved quickly. We really enjoyed the the outside pool and the view to the lake. We saw turtles, otters, fish and even an alligator? The house has got everything you need and has got plenty of room. Very nice.
