Our wonderful 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa can sleep up to 12 guests. Situated in the prestigious gated upscale community of Formosa Gardens, where properties enjoy spacious garden plots giving privacy, your wonderful pool home has a stunning 38 foot private pool and spacious pool area with amazing views over the Lake where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine by day and views of the sunset in the evening. You can fish by rod in the Lake, relax in your own pool oasis, or in minutes can be at the parks or restaurants. Margaritaville Shops and Dining area, and waterpark, are only 5 minutes away

Disney is only a few minutes away, Animal Kingdom being the closest, and each evening you can watch the fireworks to the East, lighting up the sky and reflecting on the lake. Shops .and restaurants are even closer! just a mile away, and there are many award winning golf courses nearby.

This is the perfect home to be so close to all the action and magic of Disney, whilst having your home from home to return home to for rest and relaxation in your little garden oasis at Lakeview Retreat.

As you enter our home your eyes will be drawn to the view over our pool to the Lake, pass Dining Area into the open family sitting room with dining nook and spacious fully equipped kitchen, overlooking the pool area. The living room is furnished in a light tropical theme and has large vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan and is filled with light from the large patio doors. The dining nook is idea for a snack or to enjoy a game night.
Cooks can enjoy part of the fun in the open kitchen area which has plenty of space, gas stove, large fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser, coffee machine with filter an pod facility, dishwasher and plenty of dinnerware and glasses, with unbreakable ones for use outside.

Outside you will find the large covered lanai, with comfortable seating and dining area, outdoor TV and fans to keep you cool whilst enjoying the view and relaxing in the Florida Sun. Additionally there is a fenced garden area with a dining and cookout area with a large Gas BBQ and kitchen area to cook alfresco, a ping pong table adds to the fun - enjoy outside living at its best. The beautiful serene pool area is a private oasis with a large pool which sits in a 60 foot wide extended pool deck and has a luxury spa and also a kiddie pool. All doors to the pool area are alarmed.

After a busy day you will want to recharge your batteries and our comfortable beds with luxury linens will make sure you do just that.

The spacious bedrooms, all with TV comprise of -
To the left of the sitting room is a ground floor Master Suite decorated in tropical style with patio doors and views to the pool area - there are dual closets, separate toilet and a large ensuite with soaker tub and walk in shower,
To the right is a Queen room with doors overlooking the pool and adjacent bathroom with shower,
At the front left is a further King suite with ensuite bathroom, walk in shower - this lovely room enjoys the morning sunshine.

up the staircase to the galleried landing are the 3 remaining bedrooms.
to the right - a king suite with poster bed has dual aspect windows enjoying the morning sun and has with ensuite shower room,
to the left are two further rooms -
a Bright Twin room with bohemian vibe and a lovely bright room to the front with two full sized beds - there share the bathroom which has dual vanities and a tub.

All bathrooms come with corian topped vanities and soft fluffy towels and hair driers

Located downstairs is a further sitting room, with large TV

There is a fully airconditioned games room on the ground floor is accessed off the dining hall, and has a slate bed pool table, foosball, darts and air hockey, The large TV is equipped with a play station with wifi games package giving access to hundred of games - a great space for all the family to enjoy

Our home is kept to a high standard by a local management company, who are there to ensure your stay is trouble free and provide a high quality of service to our guests.

Included in your stay, our home is equipped with secure high speed wifi, local and USA Calling. The BBQ is included. The pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost - see fees.

For babies there is a crib and a pack and play, two high chairs and stair gates. All pool doors are alarmed.

We also provide hair dryers in all bathrooms and pool towels.

Please note the price for the week includes nightly rate and Florida taxes, in addition there is a cleaning/property fee added once per stay. (we do not include in our nightly rate to be fair for longer stays) We can offer a discount for stays over 10 nights. Minimum Stay 5 nights We can take secure payments by Card in either US Dollars or British Pounds.
Optional Extras - if required Pool and spa heat $40 per night or spa only in warmer months available $20 per night.
Included in our rates, BBQ, Baby Crib, High Chair, pack and play. Free Secure Wifi and local/USA calls.

Damage Protection –The $49 charge listed as Property Fee on your booking/quote covers up to $1500 damage protection coverage for the rental property.

To book a 10% refundable deposit is taken to confirm dates (securely by card via our booking system) in the event you need to cancel -
Where Cancellation is more than 60 days prior to the commencement of the Holiday Period, the Client shall receive a full refund of any monies paid – less a small admin fees around 4% to cover costs incurred by the booking company/owner for the payment and refund transactions.
Where Cancellation is less than 60 days prior to the commencement of the Holiday Period, the Client is liable to pay to us the total Rental Cost – no refund of monies paid All, cancellations must be notified by the Client in writing to ourselves. Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement -$100 fee up to two dogs – please ask at time of booking.
