Description
The villa is located in the sub division called Eagle Pointe in Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida USA. A quite community close to the US 192 with easy access to the I-4 and International Drive. Being close to the US 192 enables easy access to plenty of outlets/shops, restaurants and the nearest Wal-Mart is only a 5 minute drive.**Kissimmee is a GREAT location**
The villa is a spacious single storey detached property with vaulted ceilings located in a quiet residential community with no rear neighbours and private south-east facing pool. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping 8 comfortably, (no one is on a sofa bed!). WI-FI internet connection provided free of charge.
A car is essential.

PARKS AND OTHER THINGS TO DO:
Disney approx 15/20 mins away, Universal Studios and other parks are approx 20/25 mins away. If theme parks aren't your thing there's so much more you can do! There are plenty of golf courses nearby, nearest 10 mins. The famous international drive which is approx 25 mins away. Kennedy space centre approx 1 hour.
We have a local management company on hand if assistance is required. Full details and a helpful info guide is provided at the villa.
Description of sleeping capacity:
Sleeps 8 (4 Bedrooms)
Bedroom 1-king size bed, 32" TV, telephone (back of the villa-view of the pool).
Bedroom 2-Queen size bed, TV, (front of villa).
Bedroom 3-Twin beds, TV, (front of villa).
Bedroom 4-Twin beds with a Disney theme, TV (back of villa- view of the pool).
As well as air-conditioning if required the system will heat the villa.
The master bedroom and kitchen have a telephone.
There is a safe for valuables.
All linen and towels are provided including pool towels, plus a free cot and free highchair.
UTILITY ROOM:
Full size washer and dryer. Iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
CLEANING / TOWELS / LINEN / MAID SERVICE:
The villa will be clean on your arrival. Should you require a mid-stay clean (extra charge) details of which can be found in our management company info folder at the villa. This service will need to be arranged and paid for locally.
OUTSIDE:
To the front of the villa - parking on the driveway for 2 vehicles. To the rear of the property accessed via the lounge patio door leads to the deck and pool area. There is a table and 4 chairs for al-fresco dining (nicely shaded in the afternoon), Loungers for sunbathing and of course the pool. The pool area itself is covered by a mesh screen, south-east facing with no rear neighbours. *UNFORTUNATELY THE POOL CANNOT BE HEATED*

Lovely Holiday
By Stephen on 12-Apr-2024The villa was absolutely lovey a lot better than the phots and larger Every thing is there in the kitchen for cooking etc It’s a nice quite area with a large Walmart Suoermarket just up the road Not to far to the attractions in Orlando we went there early in the day and went back in the evening to see the fire works Melanie is very helpful if you have problem not that we did

Home from Home
By Susan Geewan on 23-Mar-2024Ideal location, short distance to all the parks and in easy reach to the 192 where you will find all the shops and restaurants. The villa has everything that you could possibly need for your stay and is really home from home. Many extras were available in the kitchen which we were very grateful for. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

Orlando villa
By Ryan st john on 28-Apr-2023We loved the villa, gave us so much freedom to explore the area, we were playing golf on this holiday so was ideal with all the courses round about us, well located for shops for essential items, and food location to get access to I4 if needed to go to Orlando . Would recommend
