Lake Sunrise Villa is furnished to a very high standard, fully air-conditioned, spacious at 3,500 sq ft villa sleeps 10. Set in large private garden overlooking Star lake with fabulous Sunrise Views, enjoy Florida living - all day sun on our large pool area, with covered lanai outdoor lounge to relax by day and watch TV or chat late into the night watching reflections on the lake.
The beautifully designed spacious home is decorated with comfort and style in mind.
The paved driveway has space for up to 4 cars - relax you have arrived at your home away from home!
Entering Lake Sunrise you will find the first of two sitting rooms, with doors to the pool area - an ideal place to relax, catch up on the events of the day or enjoy gazing at the beautiful view.
The formal dining area is also here where you can enjoy family meals together,
These two rooms lead to the large family room, with views of the lake and doors to the pool and lanai area. There is a large well equipped kitchen, with counter seating a further Dining nook and there is a large sitting area with leather sofas and large TV.
On the left side of the home is the 1st of two Master King bedrooms, this ground floor room has a large ensuite bathroom, with soaker tub, walk in shower and double vanities, and a walk in wardrobe. Decorated in a light coastal style, this room features a sitting area with patio doors and views of the lake.
The 2nd Master bedroom is upstairs - a very large room with King bed, it has an ensuite, walk in shower and double vanity and a large walk in closet. There is a comfortable sitting area with sofa and chairs, making this a perfect retreat.
Off the family room, is the 3rd Suite, this features a Queen bed with an ensuite Shower Room - this has access to the pool area and serves as a pool bathroom.
The two further bedrooms share the family bathroom. The Seashore room is shown with 2 twin beds, this room can be set as a King bed if preferred. The next is the Twin Mickey room.
All bedrooms feature luxury linens, comfortable mattresses and a smart tv.
There is a fabulous large air conditioned games room. This has a slate bed pool table, foosball (table football), air hockey, table for games, arcade machines and large Smart 75" TV with reclining sofas to enjoy your favourite movies.
There is free, fast and secure wifi throughout the home
Outside you will find a large spacious pool area with those amazing views and being East facing enjoys the Sunrise for early risers! Set in spacious gardens you will get plenty of sunshine all day to soak up the rays. There is a large L shaped 30 x 18ft very private swimming pool and in ground hot tub. LED pool colour changing lighting creates a magical atmosphere at night.
There is a covered lanai with very comfortable seating and outside TV. Dine alfresco at the dining table with chairs for relaxing and catching up on the days events
Outdoor cooking enthusiasts with love the BBQ area, set outside the cage on a paved patio with bar table and umbrella - the Gas BBQ area is included in your rate - we just ask that it is left clean ready for the next guests
Our home is fully managed locally, so you always have someone to call in case of a problem.
Damage Protection –The $49 charge listed as Property Fee on your booking/quote covers up to $1500 damage protection coverage for the rental property.

Sleeping 10 in 5 bedrooms -
All bedrooms are on the ground floor with the exception of 1 large King suite which is upstairs, there are in total 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 rooms with twin beds (one flexible to allow for a king bed if required)
Pool Towels and bathroom towels provided.
There is a Coffee machine for filter coffee or pods (K-cups) & electric kettle.
The laundry area has a front loading washer and separate dryer.
The home has a keyless entry system, ring door bell and intruder alarm.
All doors to the pool area are alarmed to comply with Florida legislation.
Parking is available for up to 4 cars on the driveway - no roadway parking at night. The community does not allow RV, trailer or commercial vehicle parking.
Lead guest Must be 25+ Years of age & provide ID - a booking form with all guests names is required to be completed.
No Party Groups or events of any kind are allowed.
* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking. It will costs $40 per night or in warmer months $20 per night for Spa only.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.
Camera Disclosure - There are two Cameras to the front and side of the property and a ring door bell, these are for your safety and home security.

By Robert on 02-Dec-2025This was our 2nd time vacationing at Lake Sunrise for 4 weeks and the 3rd time at Formosa Gardens Estates. This house has so much to offer…..clean, spacious, comfortable and a convenient location. Pat, the property owner, is wonderful to deal with and responds quickly to all inquiries. Sharon, the property manager, is super responsive. I can’t thank her and Lee enough for responding so quickly to a pool heater issue. The pool heater was not working and within 24 hours a new heater was installed. We have vacationed at both Lake Sunrise and Lakeview Retreat in Formosa Gardens Estates and would not hesitate to recommend either.
Another amazing time at this Villa
By Sandra on 26-Oct-2025Home again after another fantastic stay at this Villa. What can I say but you must book this house for your next stay in Orlando. Spacious, clean, well maintained with every item of cookware you could ask for! Beds are comfortable and bedrooms spacious with lots of storage and drawers galore. A washing machine and tumble dryer that could hold all your laundry in one wash……HUGE. We did mostly just do a short or small wash as the clothes are usually just needing freshened up and not really dirty. The kids loved their Mickey Mouse bedroom. We loved our huge master bedroom. (We weren’t allocated this bedroom the last time we stayed, so it was nice to finally get it to ourselves.) The pool area was well used, early dip nearly every morning before going to the parks and for cooling down after a hard day of walking around the parks. We didn’t add heating of the pool but maybe next time we would do that as the early morning dip was a tad cool but not too bad once you got used to the water temperature. The games room was a hive of activity in the evenings when we would challenge the other members of the family to a game of pool, air hockey and foosball. The house is within a quiet gated community and felt safe to walk around the neighbourhood when walking off a rather large carry out pizza from the local Flippers Pizza company….yum! Love the fact that the house is under 10 minutes from Disney, Animal Kingdom being approximately 8 minutes away. Walmart and Publix supermarkets only 5 minutes drive away. Plus lots of restaurants and shops selling everything from Disney goods to suitcases that have to be bought when you’ve over indulged in those Disney and Universal goodies
Outstanding Villa
By Nancy on 25-Sep-2025Great quite property. Very spacious and clean. Enjoyed watching the sunsets on the lanai. Very relaxing! So close to Disney you can hear the nightly fireworks. This was our third stay at Florida Dream Vacations Villas and we will definitely be back.

By Greg on 31-Aug-2025We always stay in Formosa Gardens when we visit Orlando and this has been one of the best properties we have stayed in. The instructions before our stay and at the property were excellent. The house was clean, safe and well-equipped - exactly as described in the advert. The pool and hot tub was clean and warm and (along with the games room) came with lots of great things to use. Thank you to Pat for a great experience, we would definitely stay there again.
Quite exceptional Villa
By Carol on 27-Jul-2025This is a fantastic villa. So clean and well equipped and in a great location close to restaurants, theme parks and entertainment at Sunset Walk. Formosa Gardens is a lovely gated community and the villa is on a huge lot with the pool deck overlooking Star Lake. The villa is beautifully decorated in bright Floridian style but the jewel in the crown is the large pool deck furnished with relaxing pool chairs and sofa, sun loungers and dining table. There was a great selection of pool toys plus a free bbq which we made good use of. The teenagers in our family group loved the games room and the massive tv was great for watching football (soccer) and golf. Pat is so easy to deal with and responsive to queries. We have been travelling to Florida for over 20 years and owned a rental villa ourselves for 17 years so we have high expectations and appreciated all the extras Pat provides. The villa is quite exceptional and we have already booked for next year. Holden family, Scotland
Wonderful Lake Sunrise Villa

Everything you could possibly want from a stay is included in this oversized villa. Gorgeous pool area and gardens overlooking a lovely lake view. Clean and very spacious throughout the villa with everything on hand. Communication from Pat was second to none. We will definitely love to return.
