Description
A 3 bedroomed villa which sleeps 6. Approximately 5 miles to Disney and approximately a 13 minute drive depending on the traffic at the time. The villa has laminated floors throughout. It has its own private screened swimming pool, which has the facility to be heated at an extra cost if requested. There is a large decking area surrounding the swimming pool with patio furniture and loungers. Outside of the screened enclosure there is a natural gas barbeque that runs from the gas mains attached to the villa with permanent ceramic coals so you never have to buy coals or gas to have a barbeque. The villa inside is decorated with blinds and window pelmets. Cable TV and free WIFI. The villa has 3 bedrooms, two lounges, dining room, fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one has a walk in shower and Roman tub, twin sinks in vanity unit. A large washing machine and dryer is in the garage, plus ironing board and iron, The villa is near to all of the attractions and is a lovely villa situated in a lovely location. The property is maintained by a local Management Company. Orlando International and Sanford International Airports are easily accessible. There are many golf courses nearby.. Restaurants and supermarkets are approximately 5 minutes drive away, which includes Walmart and AldiFurther details indoors
1 Master bedroom with Queen size bed, dressing table, side tables and lamps, and a Smart Roku TV. Large en suite bathroom with walk in shower, Roman bath, twin wash basins. Adjoining Walk in Closett. Lounge with a 3 seater sofa plus also a 2 seater sofa and a single chair, side tables and coffee table, various silk plants. Fitted kitchen, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 slice toaster, large electric oven, blender, all cooking equipment ie saucepans, dinner and tea ware, glasses and cutlery, tea towels and placemats. Kitchen nook - with round table and padded seats. Dining room has a large table with 6 seats. 2nd family room with 3 seater settee, 2 seater settee and a large armchair. Side Tables with lamps and coffee table. Large unit containing cable TV, patio doors leading to pool area. 2nd bathroom with bath and shower with door leading onto decking of pool area. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both with two twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Washing machine and a large dryer is situated in the double garage. The villa is fully airconditioned and also has central heating and some ceiling fans. . Window blinds and pelmets throughout A large wooden cot with bedding and a highchair is also supplied. All Bed Linen and Towels are supplied.. There are also two hairdryers, ironing board and iron.

There is a large screened swimming pool attached to the villa with an extremely large decking area. The swimming pool also has the facility to be heated at an additional cost should this be requested. Patio table and chairs plus loungers are supplied. Outside of the screened pool area is a lawned area and you are protected by a high wall which goes along the rear of the property and providing privacy. Just outside of the pool enclosure is a natural gas barbeque with permanent ceramic coals and runs off the gas mains so you never have to buy coals or gas. The villa is on a large plot, to the front of the villa there is a lawned garden with shrubs with a large driveway leading to the double garage and also the front door with welcoming lights plus a Ring Video Doorbell. On the development there are children's play areas, You are just off the 192 and very near to supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses and of course all the attractions.
