Our 5 Bed, 3 Bath villa is fully furnished to a very high standard with a very modern look un like a lot of older style villas over here and benefits from a perfect lake view position. The villa can sleep 10 people but does also have a pull out bed in the living room for 1 extra
Free fishing is on your door step with 3 well stocked lakes. The villa backs on to the largest of the lakes. The other 2 lakes are 3 minutes walk away.
Fish all day long whilst the rest of the family visit Disney.
Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout.
The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. Both the sitting room and dining room overlook the private pool.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well the equipped with every appliance and utensil needed. Two dining areas which is great when the kids want to eat on their own one overlooking the pool area. The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher,
fridge/freezer and waste disposal. Cups glasses plates etc all catered for You will find everything you need has been provided.

The Pool area is the highlight of the property! Stunning, large pool deck, and huge pool is a great place for families to relax and create memories of a lifetime .features amazing led colour changing lights looks stunning at night. The pool is specifically designed for both swimming and play. The outdoor area is covered with a Lanai, which makes this property perfect for sitting outside in the evenings to enjoy a drink whilst watching the wildlife on the beautiful Lake Berkley-The outdoor area boasts spectacular views of the lake, here you will see from the poolside Ducks, birds turtles otters etc!
Our beautiful Villa is looking out over the 13 acre natural lake which is home to many different species of wildlife. The pool deck is also furnished with sun loungers including beach towels, and a large patio table with chairs and parasols to help enjoy evening cocktails whilst enjoying the views across the lake
During the cooler months (October to April) we can heat the pool (for an additional charge of £30/day to make sure no one misses the fun.
Outside
Outside you and your family are in for a treat you have your own stunning pool and spa and amazing lake view with beautiful .sunrises with the massive benefit of no one overlooking you from the rear .The pool benefits from colour changing led lighting which really looks amazing at night and stands out from the rest. Have breakfast al fresco and enjoy the view. The pool can be heated for additional fee of £30 pounds per day which is recommended on the winter months so you and your family don't miss out

Outstanding villa situated on a private gated community. outside pool area was the one of highlights of the stay our 3 girls absolutely loved it we paid extra for the pool heating but it was so worth it for October.Villa was very well equipped with everything you would need for your stay very .Nothing was too much trouble David helped out with many questions within 10 mins on WhatsApp. He even arranged a delivery for me for next day delivery couldn't ask for anymore.The villa is situated very centrally everything was to hand large Walmart was 2 mins away with everything you would need a short drive away. loads of eateries too many to mention ,I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this villa again there was nothing I could fault very clean and modern with pool and bath towels provided which was a huge bonus.loads of wildlife on the lake and we even see a rocket launch sat on the pool area one night.

Situated in a very nice, secure gated community, Lake Berkley. Location: 5/5 Villa: 5/5 Owner Comms: 5/5 Hopefully, we'll be back very soon!

The villa was incredibly spacious, modern, and had such a warm, welcoming feel from the moment we walked in. Every detail was immaculate — clean, luxurious, and clearly well-cared-for. The pool was a highlight — large, beautifully maintained, and perfect for both relaxing and fun with the family. The view of the lake was absolutely breathtaking — truly something special to wake up to each morning. The host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, always responsive and thoughtful. This villa exceeded all expectations, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

One of the most unique and unforgettable parts of our trip was watching rockets launch right from the villa — a truly magical experience! The location was ideal — close to parks, shops, and restaurants, yet still peaceful and surrounded by nature. We spotted so much wildlife during our stay, which added a wonderful touch of adventure for the whole family. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to enjoy comfort, convenience, and a little bit of Florida magic all in one place. We’ll defo be back
Absolute best stay ever

It was our first ever holiday in Florida with our 6yr old and 2yr old and this villa was perfect for us! Super close to Disney and lots of other things nearby! Wallmart just down the road was sooo handy to grab any food etc! The villa was so clean and spacious and the air con was and absolute life saver in that heat the door to the pool was super safe for the kids! Also, the view out the back onto the lake was just stunning!!!!!!! We were so sad to leave and we can’t wait to come back again asap!
Most beautiful views ever seen

This villa is lovely, spacious & modern, it is definitely the one we will be going to in future. It’s in a good , quite location and close to the clubhouse. The views are by far the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. It will be hard to drag yourself away from them each morning. There are 3 large ducks that seem to think they live here and most days would stand outside the front door . David the owner is very hands on, any questions are answered promptly and he follows up to make sure everything is ok and if there’s anything he can do. The process start to finish was seamless. Thank you David & family for a lovely stay
