My Disney HouseIncredibly private and tranquil. Close enough to Disney World, but far enough away to enjoy peace when you choose
The villa is located on the tranquil oasis of Watersong. A small and very private gated community with 24/7 guard.
We have a clubhouse with large pool & bathing area which is always very quiet & peaceful, a gym, huge games room, beach volleyball and much more. If you want music playing and lots of noise, you'll need a bigger community like Champions Gate or Solterra.
25 minutes to Disney World
Several golf courses within a short drive
Kennedy Space Centre & Daytona Speedway is approx. 70 minutes away
Airports - 40 mins to Orlando or 70 mins to Tampa
6 bedrooms. x4 double. x2 twin. 4.5 bathrooms (2 en-suite) x3 lounges, huge pool deck, hot tub, games room with basketball, pool, huge TV, darts table tennis
Wheelchair friendly - all downstairs is accessible including a Master bedroom with en-suite. Roll in shower & grab bars with wheelchair wide doors and no steps.
Full house amenities, washing machine, dryer, ironing board & iron. Dishwasher, TV's in all the bedrooms. EVERYTHING you need.
Check in is 4pm, check out 10am
Not accessible by public transport. You'll need a car or taxi
25% deposit and remainder due no later than 90 days prior
