We welcome you to our beautiful professionally decorated and furnished 3 Bed, 2 Bath Villa located at Lake Berkley Resort. Have your vacation here in comfort and relaxation with air conditioning throughout. Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout. The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. Both the sitting room and dining room overlook the private pool. There are 3 bedrooms in total. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. And the third bedroom has twin beds. All linens provided. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bath and shower, the second bathroom also has a shower. All towels and hairdryers provided. The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you need has been provided. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets. We have a games room with pool table, so start planning those family tournaments now. The lovely screened pool has plenty of patio seating and is surrounded by beautiful Florida vegetation. You have an ample supply of pool towels and pool furniture. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this. Our local Managing Agents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining our villa. You can call them for any assistance you might need. The children loved the pool table in the garage. We made amazing use of the pool and all the pool furniture.Can’t wait to come back thank you
Wonderful stay

Everyone is always quick to respond with any questions we had. Location is in a beautiful gated community and close to everything. Highly recommend and will definately be booking again.

By Roderick M on 10-Aug-2025Luxury Villa 3 bedroom with own pool on Lake Berkley Resort. Close to all Disney parks, Kissimmee. The property was clean and well equipped. The resort property was also well maintained with walking trails, club house with public pool. Coco beach and the Kennedy Space Centre close enough for day trips. We will be booking with this property management company in the future.

It had everything we needed.The pool was perfect for enjoying lazy mornings and there were lots of pool toys for the children to use.The estate is very quiet and secure. The grounds are very well maintained and it is located 20-30 minutes from everything we wanted to see and do.We would love to return to the villa one day and would recommend it to friends and family.
3 weeks home from home stay

After sending out enquiries, Stephen and Johanna were the first people to contact us personally by phone to offer their help. The villa in Lake Berkley was as exactly as described and came with excellent customer service, from the fantastic David at the management company to the owner who called to check in on us ahead of the arrival of Hurricane Milton. This is the first time we’ve stayed in a gated community, the grounds are so accessible and well kept, I don’t think we’d stay anywhere else. We were so impressed we have already booked another villa with Stephen and Johanna for next year!
