Villa Neptune in Karaoglanoglu, Kyrenia, North Cyprus - Quiet Location, Shops,Restaurants,Banks and Sea within 10min WalkThe villa is situated in a quiet residential street with a private 8x4m pool and landscaped gardens. The large sunny terrace leads to a spacious, shaded living area with comfortable seating and huge,rustic dining table, and BBQ. Shops, restaurants, the sea and the main road into Kyrenia are a pleasant 8 minute walk away. The fully air conditioned villa sleeps six in comfort with two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. There is satellite TV, DVD Player and DVDs, Radio/CD player and CDs, books and games. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board and a chilled water dispenser. We also supply huge towels for the sunbeds, plus towels to take to the beach.
Both double bedrooms have a personal safe for cash and passports etc. Baby equipment (cot, high chair etc) can be hired by arrangement. Outside: Beautifully landscaped gardens surround the villa offering all the colours and scents of Cyprus.The 8m x 4m overflow swimming pool is surrounded by a courtyard-style terrace which is equipped with 6 adjustable sunbeds with cushions, parasols and plenty of tables for your ice cold drinks. In the shade of the olive tree there's a dining table with six comfortable chairs, in addition to the large rustic table and benches in the shaded outdoor living area. To relax in the shade,we've added a Turkish-style seating area with enough space to stretch out for an after-lunch nap.Laundry facilities ; Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen : Bedlinen ( and a change of bedlinen) towels and beach towels are included.
The villa will be cleaned prior to arrival - mid-term cleaning by arrangement only. Other: The master bedroom has patio doors on to the terrace.

We require a £200 bond to cover any damage. We also allow the use of 100 units of electricity per week; anything over this will be deducted from your bond. at cost.

By Myron & Marion on 01-Sep-2025We have stayed at approx 8 Villas over the years and Villa Neptune was there at the top of the list. It is a clean and very well equipped villa and air conditioning in all the rooms, which we only used at night to cool down the bedrooms. The pool was great, nice and graduated for anyone not confident in the water and for small children plus it was cleaned twice a week. Both bathrooms were very well presented and both with good showers. There was enough storage in all the bedrooms for clothes etc. The outdoor space was great, lots of sunbeds and large parasols which can be moved around to give shade as the sun moves. There is a large covered seating area we used most days to take shelter from the sun, this was great even in the evenings as it has lighting so playing games or reading was very easy to do. The shops are about a 10min walk away to get to everything that you may need and also the mini bus into Kyrenia. A tip is to get the large water bottles for the cold water machine filled up at the water machine next to the Mami discount supermarket on the main road (a car would be required, we used a poly bag and elastic bands on the top). it costs approx 40TL per 16lts, this was so much cheaper that buying a new bottle at the supermarkets at anywhere between 100/170TL. We did have a couple of issues with one of the toilets but this was quickly sorted and repaired. Overall this is a great villa and worth a visit. Thanks to Mike and Jan that communicated with us if we had any questions, also to Magda and Hussien who look after the villa and were there to greet us on our arrival.

Stunning Villa beautiful pool
By Loretta Bowditch on 25-Sep-2024We had a lovely time at villa Neptune,the welcome pack was amazing everything you needed when you arrive late evening The pool was beautiful and used every day to cool down,there was a lovely shaded aera as my Husband is not a sun lover.The bed were comfortable and the villa was spotless clean would recommend this villa but a car was most useful

Excellent Villa
By Keith Ward on 21-Jun-2024This was our third visit to Villa Neptune and having been to many other villas over the last 20 years in N C this is by far the best of them all. Everything you need is here and the pool is just brilliant and very private. Jan & Mike booked our taxi and car and they too very great. Just cannot fault it at all.

Fabulous relaxing holiday
By Amanda and Les on 03-Sep-2023Villa Neptune exceeded our expectations and the photos don’t do it justice. Lovely villa, very spacious and the pool area was wonderful. The welcome pack had everything we needed to keep us going until we got to the shops especially as Mike and Jan have a policy of not throwing away perfectly usable food and toiletries, there was everything we needed and more, suntan lotion, shampoo, shower gel plus plenty of condiments and sauces in the fridge, we also left some things for the next guests. The hairdryers were great, I’m fussy about such things. There were towels a plenty including beach and pool towels, also plenty of inflatable pool toys/ lilos. The air condition was great, we only used it at bedtime to cool the bedroom. We have never stayed in a villa as well equipped as this one. The covered pergola was a godsend for my husband who doesn’t like to sit in the sun, there were plenty of Sun loungers around the pool with large parasols, they were a little difficult to put up but that was a minor problem. Hüseyin was there to meet us on arrival and was on hand to help with anything we needed, he arranged car hire for us and booked a table at a restaurant we couldn’t get in touch with. There are several really good restaurants within walking distance, we tried them all and we’re not disappointed, Silver Waves and Palm Gardens were fantastic plus in the other direction a fabulous Indian. the bus into Kyrenia was only a 10 min walk away. A good supermarket was also on the main road again 10 min walk, plus other shops and a chemist with a few small cafes. We hired a car for a few days to get further a field but we’re more than happy to walk and use the dolmus bus for the remainder of our stay (20lira-60p). We would definitely recommend Villa Neptune and the communication from Mike and Jan was great from the beginning until we left. They kindly arranged airport transfers which all ran perfectly. Thank you for sharing your wonderful villa, we had a great time and will be back.

Wonderful Villa
By Allyson Anne James on 18-Aug-2023Another wonderful stay in villa Neptune its become our second home now. The villa is very comfortable with everything you could want from a holiday home and more. Very clean throughout and the the garden and pool are very well maintained and looked after throughout our stay. The pool area is very secluded and the pool immaculately kept and very clean. Plenty of Linen and towels including pool towels which is a real boon. We will be back next year and we have already recommended this villa to friends and family. The owners are lovely and Magna and her husband couldn't be more helpful, and we didn't have any issues at all throughout our stay. Cant wait to go back. Allyson & Colin James September 2023
SUPERB, EXCELLENT
By Richard Williams on 05-Jul-2022villa Neptune is a wonderful and relaxing stay, the 2nd time we have. the pool is lovely and Very clean, the location is spot on, quiet but within walking distance to bars, restaurants and main road where frequent buses will take you anywhere. The villa is equipped with everything you need an abundance of hangers, pool toy's and towel's for every occasion. The kitchen is equipped for a banquet but we found the BBQ quite sufficient. A/C works very well and is a blessing when sleep is required. The outdoor relaxing and eating area is great and we'll equipped. Help is always on hand from owners or property manager if needed and even Hussain from the restaurant opposite, especially when a we dram is required All in a definite 10 out of 10. Will definitely return, again!!
