CYPRUS HARBOUR VIEW VILLACyprus Harbour View Villa is a luxurious and spacious 3 bedroom modern villa with private pool in Kyrenia, Cyprus. You will enjoy stunning mountain and seascape views over the ancient Roman town of Kyrenia. We are in a quiet private area yet only 1 mile from the main town. You can sit on our large and beautiful balcony for sundowners to enjoy the sun sinking into the sea, here your senses are heightened by the pink of the bougainvillea and the smell of the jasmine which shrouds the balcony railings, also giving great privacy.. Access is through french windows from the master bedroom and also from top hallway, so everyone can enjoy the balcony, There are enhanced views of the coast, mountains and town from the balcony, bedrooms and from the grounds.
We also have two stunning holiday homes on the Giant's Causeway Coastline in Northern Ireland.

At ground level we have a covered logia with lounge furniture and a dining table. This gives cool shaded lounging area. There is a shady canvas pergola over the pool deck dining table which seats 8 people. The paved pool deck has 6 comfortable sun loungers and 3 sunshades. The car port is fully shaded with bougainvillia, so your car is never hot when you get in. At the rear is a built in BBQ with coffee table and benches for 6 persons, beside this is a paved dining area with a table for 6 diners.
Inside there is a very well equipped modern kitchen. We love to cook with the wonderful fresh local produce so we have everythiing needed for a simple BBQ or gourmet meal experience.
The indoor living room is spacious with Aircon for the summer, central heating and an open gas fire for the winter.
The master bedroom is spacious with a superking bed and a recently modernised wet room-ensuite. An inglenook window with seat gives lovely views of the seacape, St Hilarian Castle and the town. French windows give views of the mountains and lead onto the large balcony which is also accessible from the upper hallway..The second and third bedrooms have a queen size bed in one and two singles in the other. All the rooms are very airy with windows on two walls to give though draft of air and stunning views.
This is our holiday home so there is loads of attention to detail to make it super comforatable with every amenity you will need.

OUTDOOR LIVING
If you enjoy outdoor living you can chill on our large covered veranda on comfortable lounge furniture. This is open on two sides and has a solid roof, so it is very sheltered from the sun and enjoys a through breeze. Overhanging bougainvillae gives additional shade. From here there are views of the montains, Kyrenia, the seascape, St Hilarian Castle and Attaturk's famous statue. You can also dine in here on the second of four dining tables. For sun worshiping there is a large sundeck with umbrellas and sunbeds surrounding the pool. Beside this is the first of four dining tables which is perfect for lunch under the large canvas pergola.
As we are on the hillside overlooking Kyrenia there is always a gentle breeze on the sundeck or through the logia.
With 5 large french windows and three windows downstairs; windows and French windows for each bedroom the villa gets loads of natural breeze to keep cool. We have also have fans for natural circulation and aircon throughout when the days are warmer.
For evening dining there is a built in BBQ station, coffee table and benches for the chef and helpers, with the third of four dining table on the rear sun terrace.
The gardens are mature with a cornucopia of exotic flowers, shrubs and citrus fruits. All set in large and attractive ground. The car port is veiled in white and orange bougainvillea and is perfect for keeping the car cool or sitting under the natural parasol of the plants.
INSIDE, BUT NOT FOR LONG, ONLY FOR SLEEPING AND COOKING
The interior and furnishings are very comfortable with a large lounge and indoor dining room (fourth table of four) adjacent to the kitchen and living room.
For summer months there is aircon and November - March we have central heating throughout and an open gas fire.
All three bedrooms have overhead fans plus aircon. Theire is a super king with ensuite, a queen size and a twin room. There is a full bathroom and a downstairs toilet and washbasin. We have these so that our friends who stay can be very comfortable.
We love to cook as well as dine out so the recently modernised kitchen is extremely well equipped and laid out for easy shared cooking.

You are only 7 minutes drive from Kyrenia harbour / Kyrenia Old Town with loads of great restaurants and shops, Our nearest restaurants and Supermarkets are only 4 mins. There are some amazing beaches and beach clubs with water parks only 10 and 20 mins drive.

We know the area well so will give you our Welcome Guide which has great ideas for eating out and memorable days out.
There is a basic welcome pack and basic larder items so no matter when you arrive you can have a snack and a cuppa. Arrival meals and drinks can be provided by prior arrangement.
We can also give guidance on travel, arrange airport transfers and car hire.
We try to make everything as easy as possible so your holiday is seamless.

By Ann O'Callahan on 15-Jul-2025Dear Lyn and Thelma, We have had the most amazing time here in Northern Cyprus. 10 days of sunshine, fun and frolics. Our two boys aged 13 and 9 have not left the pool which is terrific. We watered the garden three times to keep its beauty. It did not take too long. We hired a car for 6 and have been here there and everywhere. We also went on a lunchtime boat trip which we greatly enjoyed due to the wonderful food and the snorkelling. We had a day at Elexis waterpark which was good value very good Fun very clean and very new. Went into town to the George where we were able to watch live football matches. Our time is up now and hope that we will be back and will stay longer next time. Thanks for all the spot on advice about places to visit and your wonderful favourite restaurants. Just loved Lamb in the Well. Can’t thank you enough John, Anne, Jamie, Faye, little James and Austin.

Third visit we love it here
By Adrienne Lowry on 13-Aug-2025Lowrys and Farrs 10-24 August 2025 This is our third time at Lyn and Thelma’s Villa, we love it here, just our kind of holiday. Quiet, apart from the noise we make. Relaxing unless we decide to go on adventures. Familiar just like home from home. This year we brought friends and they seem to love it as well. The villa is very luxurious and the gardens, covered patio, BBQ deck and pool is more than big enough for six of us. We visited all favourites, St Hilarian, Bellapaise and Salamis along with the forbidden city in Famagusta. The gardens were most beautiful this summer, mature and full bloom. We missed the ripe lemons from our Easter trip in 2022. As always, the villa did not disappoint everything you need and even a fabulous shaded front dining spot where you can enjoy the pool and still stay out of the Sun under the pergola.
