The hosts were courteous and responsive, always replying quickly and helpfully. The apartment itself is stylish, well-equipped, and the large swimming pool (shared) is truly great. The living arrangements were very convenient, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay was available. There were a few small issues with some older or broken items, such as kitchen dish cabinet, but nothing that couldn’t be easily fixed and nothing that negatively impacted our overall experience. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and a small shop nearby. For larger supermarkets, a short drive is required. It’s worth noting that there are quite a lot of stairs, so the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility - as stated in the listing. The location on Lake Como is simply excellent. By Pat on 13-Sep-2025The location is breathtaking, the views from the apartment are incredible and it's a very peaceful spot. The apartment checked all the boxes for our stay and the host was incredibly responsive and left great instructions. Be aware that it's stairs all the way from the road at the bottom up to the penthouse itself so you'll be carrying your bags a hundred or so meters - but it's worth it!

By Neija on 11-Jul-2025Fantastic apartment with a truly beautiful view, plenty of space, and two huge terraces with plenty of outdoor furniture. Easy parking in the nearby garage. Lovely kitchen with plenty of appliances. Everything was really clean and tidy when we arrived. We had a small issue with the bedding, but it was promptly resolved by the host, and communication was good. We highly recommend this apartment and would love to return.

Barrie, Julie and Alina were 100% responsive throughout our stay, always friendly and very helpful with great recommendations. The nearby garage was great and easy to access. One thing to bare in mind is that there are a lot of steps up to the apartment - which was fine for us and has to be expected when doing a vacation in the Como area ;) Thank you for making our family feel like home <3
