Casa Dos AloesCome stay at our charming and traditional 3 bedroom, Algarve country home, offering private gardens, heated swimming pool, rustic land, barbecue, air conditioning, fiber optic wifi and solar sustainability!
At Dos Aloes you can be near to Carvoeiro but also a few minutes drive to some of the most famous beaches of the Algarve: Praia Marinha, Praia Benagil, Cova Redonda, Praia da Rocha, Albandeira, there are just so many to explore!
Our home is ideal for families with children with a large fenced garden and heated pool. There is even a very friendly (outdoor only) calico cat who has adopted Casa Dos Aloes and its guests. We also provide a crib, changing table and high chair upon request.
This house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room with new 2 sofas, covered terraces, private heated pool and a beautiful garden with lawns, flowers, fruit trees, private parking, views of both the countryside and the sea. We have also recently invested in solar array and battery to increase our sustainability and heat the pool!
We love how unique Casa Dos Aloes is! While there are hundreds of villas available across the Algarve, Dos Aloes is a more traditional country home built before 1951 with very thick walls to keep out the hot sun and retain heat from the recently refurbished fireplace during the winter.
The property maximizes outdoor living with a large shaded terrace, outdoor kitchen and dinning area.
Set on a large plot of land, the heated pool is a good distance away from the house and powered by a huge solar array hidden just below your line of sight on our rustic land plot adjoining the property.
We have a standard check in time of 4PM and check out of 10AM, however we're happy to be flexible if there are no conflicts with other guest reservations.
Secure access with a Key box outside the the property's gate.
Casa Dos Aloes is a place with lots of light, sun and peace! To truly disconnect from your daily stress, we ask for a minimum rental of 6 nights.
Our standard terms are 30% deposit with the remainder due 30 days before arrival.

Perfect stay in a well-maintained house with a large pool in the Algarve
By David C on 21-Sep-2024Based on my experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend the house we rented in the Algarve. The house was in excellent condition, and the large pool was a real highlight. Check-in was seamless, and the agency kept in contact with us throughout our stay, ensuring pleasant and worry-free communication. The house was equipped with everything we needed—and even more. We especially appreciated the air mattresses and toys provided for our son. There was a barbecue we could use extensively, and we were even allowed to pick fruit from the trees in the garden. The washing machine was also a big plus. Overall, a truly perfect stay!
Lovely house with everything you need

They even had brand new yoga mats, a coolbox or beach umbrellas just to name a few things... It's the little details that matters. We instantly felt "at home" during our 2 week stay.
A dream cottage with charming details

All the beaches and sights were easily accessible by rental car, and the house was superbly equipped and furnished with loving attention to detail. This was truly fantastic, because when traveling with small children, you also need to be able to relax at home. It was the perfect mix of exploring and simply chilling by the pool, which we had all to ourselves. The hosts are also very attentive and always available. The house has everything you could need; even laundry detergent was already provided, and we made extensive use of the barbecue. Much better than any hotel holiday!

The inside is decorated charmingly and the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you need. But its outside that the villa comes into its own. Fabulous pool which the children hardly left, comfortable sun loungers and some much needed shade provided by an umbrella. Fantastic outdoor kitchen for BBQ's and a cosy seating area for evening card games and relaxing in the shade. Car is a must to explore nearby beaches and towns. Wide variety of supermarkets an 8 mins drive away. We'll be back!
