Apartment is located in a secure complex, with 2 swimming pools for adults and children, a unique feature within Lagos Marina. It is close enough to reach all that Lagos has to offer on foot, a car is not required. Guests staying in this lovely complex can enjoy the exquisitely maintained gardens with sun loungers and parasols. The garden area is gated to ensure it maintains its exclusivity and to provide privacy for its guests. There is only a small number of apartments on this highly sought after complex which has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and offers its guests the space to unwind and enjoy its fantastic facilities. There is a great supermarket just across the road to the rear of the apartment which opens till 8:30 pm. There truly is something for everyone here and with everything on your doorstep, and it is also ideally suited for families. Balcony is secure for children, it is a easy and very scenic walk to town. The apartment and the complex is very secure. Security is of utmost importance and facilitated by 24 hours Security Guards. The balcony is a great sun trap ideal for lounging in the morning or morning breakfast, evening meals and drinks. There is free Wifi.Registered Portuguese Tourist License Number: 31761/AL

Super appartement - mauvaise gestion
By m-a dion on 03-Aug-2023Séjour de 4 nuits. Le logement est bien situé, près de la marina, à 10 min d’une magnifique plage et à 10 minutes du centre ville, il y a un supermarché à côté. Le logement est grand, avec une terrasse donnant sur la belle grande piscine. (Propre, avec plusieurs chaises longues). Par contre, le mobilier et l’équipement sont usés et désuets. Lits inconfortables (nous avons mal dormis), vieux draps, couvre-lit taché, les essuies vaisselles étaient sales à notre arrivée. Le grille-pain ne fonctionne pas. La machine à laver défectueuse (a taché nos vêtements). Nous avons averti le propriétaire qui ne nous a pas répondu. Pour prévoir le check in et suite à l’arrivée, on ne fait plus affaire avec le propriétaire mais avec une compagnie de gestion. Toute demande faite est restée sans réponse ou refusée (même des sacs à poubelle et du papier de toilette!?!) Lors de l’arrivée, la personne était à l’heure pour nous remettre les clés. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Lagos mais ne conseillons pas à cet appartement. Owner Comment on the Review: Dear Marie, Thank you for your feedback on this. I appreciate it. Once the guests arrive, they are met by our agents at the apartment, and they are the first port of call for any issues or concerns with the property, such toilet paper, bin bags etc., these are provided as the apartments are made ready for the guests on arrival, if more is required, given this is a self catering holiday, guest are responsible to sourcing these items them themselves. If this was not obvious, I will ask our agents to explain this to future guests. We will take up the issues regarding the bedspread and dish towel, and deal with the toaster and the washing machines issues, again all these issues should have been brought to the attention of our agents in Lagos. We are sorry that you stay was spoiled by these issues.
Nice Balcony with Pool & Marina View
By Beth Cole on 14-Oct-2025Nice balcony can see the marina and pool. Close to a grocery store. (pringo) but about a mile walk to the main downtown sights. Problem with check in was we were given the wrong code to the building however the property manager came quickly to help us get in. Provided toilet paper and shampoo/lotion but not paper towels making it more difficult to clean up spills. We needed to buy some at the store. First time we have ever had this with any rental of any kind. No hot tub as advertised just a swimming pool. It was cool not warm. Several Restaurants are near by as is the area for the boat tours. Main shopping area is downtown. Host was responsive in communication. Owners Response: Thank you Beth, I appreciate your detailed feedback. Sorry for the inconvenience re the door code, we don’t advertise a hot tub as there isn’t one, it’s an apartment with a shared swimming pool. It is a self catering apartment, paper towels as such are for the guests to procure as required as it is not part of the basic necessities provided.

Clim présente dans chaque pièce mais impossibilité de régler la température. Excellent Property
By Edward Cronin on 10-Jul-2025The apartment had all you could want as a base in Lagos and is very excellently managed by Rentalgest. The location is perfect for exploring Lagos and also for escaping to other areas in the Western Algarve. The apartment is clean, and the kitchen has all the utensils you will require. The furniture is good, only draw back that the couches aren’t the best material for the heat. The balcony is excellent, shaded at all times and very spacious, a great area to sit and relax. The bedrooms are well proportioned, with plenty of storage and having two bathrooms is a major plus. The whole apartment complex is very well maintained and managed and the pool is very well maintained and a great size. I would highly recommend.
