Our Villa guide includes a comprehensive guide to the Villa and and information relating to local amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and places to visit. Minimum stay is one week.

If the Villa is to be used by one couple there is a 20% discount and 10% discount for NHS
Arrival
You will be met on arrival in Boavista and shown around the Villa. Our Property Manager is available throughout your stay to offer advice. We provide guests with a ‘Welcome Pack’ and they have access to our free WiFi, free British TV and Netflix.
Accommodation
This newly built Villa has been extensively upgraded by the Owners. The bathroom tiling, walk-in showers, bath and toilet fittings, the Neff oven, Neff induction hob, Neff microwave and all the internal and external lighting were installed to the Owners’ own tastes, not the standard Villa build.
The property consists of a spacious open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The Villa has air-conditioning and heating, underfloor heating in the bathrooms and an
automatic volcanic rock gas fire in the lounge. The lounge and dining areas lead out on to an extended patio with automatic sun-blinds if required.
There is a downstairs guest toilet. The integral garage contains a washer/dryer and drinks fridge and is available to store suitcases, golf clubs, etc.
The three double en-suite bedrooms are all upstairs.
Bedrooms
The Master bedroom has a Hypnos super-king bed, fitted wardrobes, wall mounted TV and an en-suite shower room. The patio doors lead out to the balcony with views across the golf course to the bay of Lagos. There are two chairs and a table to have morning coffee or tea and admire the view.
The second bedroom has a king double bed, fitted wardrobes, wall mounted TV and en-suite shower room and patio doors leading out onto the balcony, also overlooking the golf course and the bay of Lagos.
The third bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading onto a balcony.
At the back of the Villa overlooking the 13th Fairway there is an extended patio and lawn, with a 6-seater settee, a 6- seater table and chairs, 2 sun-loungers and a gas BBQ
Hideaway Pool
Less than 100 metres from the Villa is the card access controlled private Hideaway Pool with sun-loungers and changing rooms with wet room showers and toilets. The pool is heated from Easter through to the end of October.

Overview of Golf and Spa Resort
The prestigious Boavista Golf & Spa Resort offers clients a superb challenging 18-hole golf course. It has a range of additional facilities; an impressive fitness and health spa, tennis courts, an archery range, soccer school, club house with superb bar and restaurant and a Bistro for breakfast, lunch-time snacks. and dinner. Historic Lagos Town and Marina are a 5-minute drive away where there are plentiful shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The Resort is an approximate 1 hour drive from Faro airport.
Golf Courses
The on-site 18-hole Boavista championship course was designed by Howard Swan. There is an exclusive area for short game practice with three greens: one for putting, one for chipping and one surrounded by bunkers. The facilities include a Driving Range.
Guests receive a 25% discount on green fees. You also receive a 10% discount on spa, gym, club indoor pool and food and drink in the club house restaurant.
Palmares, Espiche and Silves golf courses are all within short drives away and well worth a visit.

An exceptionally well equipped state-of-the art techno-gym, health spa providing professional aromatherapy massage and extensive body treatments and a good size indoor heated pool and jacuzzi.
