Description
LocationWelcome to our spacious, peaceful apartment for 6 which is ideally located close to the Old Town and beaches. A car really isn't necessary, you can literally walk everywhere, although 2 dedicated garage parking spaces are available for your use.
Views, balconies, living spaces
On the top floor (2nd with lift), with balconies and terrace on both sides of the apartment in a very well-maintained residence, you will have views of the 2 pools, Biossdaudavel park, the beautiful Old City Wall as well as a more distant view of the beach. The livingroom and kitchen have a direct access to the main terrace, likewise all 3 same-sized bedrooms have an access to the balcony.
Kitchen and dining
The spacious dining kitchen is very well equipped so no need to eat out every evening, if you don't want to, and you have the choice of al fresco dining on the terrace. The living room is a lovely space to relax after a day out and about.
Pools and garden
The pool and garden area is a pure delight, confirmed by our many returning guests! There is a small pool for young children along side the main pool and many loungers, there is never a problem finding one. You can picnic in the gardens, there are tables and benches available.
It is a great holiday location for family and friends alike, with 2 pools & surrounding lovely gardens with the Old Town less than 1km away and beaches also in walking distance. Top rating on well known sites, we are looking forward to hearing from you !!

Fantastic location with excellent facilities in the apartment

Communication with the owner was excellent and with a key hand-over when we arrived and a tour of the apartment- we couldn’t have asked for more. The apartment itself was spotless, fully equipped and very large with fully functioning air conditioning. Location of the apartment was super and only a few minute walk to the Old Town in Lagos and about 10-15 mins walk to one of the most amazing beaches we’ve ever visited. The pool area was very clean and never busy enough not to get sun loungers for all 5 of our family.

It was so spacious and clean and really handy to have a main bathroom as well as an ensuite. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect - very close to the town, shops and the beaches. The pools were fantastic and kept the children entertained for hours, in fact days! The bigger one wasn't that deep but it wasn't a problem. It was great that there were inflatables lying around the pool for people to borrow. There were other families using the pool but it never felt crowded.

We were a party of four adults and a teenager, and there was more than sufficient space for all of us. The apartment is large, with three good sized bedrooms, a spacious lounge with dining area, and a separate kitchen area. There are also two generously sized balconies on either side of the property with outdoor furniture provided. There are two bathrooms both with showers over the bath. One is en-suite to the double room and the other is shared by the two twin rooms. Having two bathrooms/showers was great for our family. The apartment is very well equipped, with so many thoughtful touches, and you will find everything you need in the kitchen for self catering. One of the really big benefits of the apartment is its proximity to the many excellent and varied restaurants in Lagos, within easy walking distance. There are also good local cafes very close by for breakfast and lunch. The apartment is situated in a lovely quiet residential area. There is a small shop across the street which provided all of the essentials we needed for our stay. There is also a larger Spar shop close by too but the prices there seemed higher, so we used the closest shop most often. The pool area is beautiful and was not busy. There are toilets and showers, and plenty of sun loungers for everyone around the pool. There are many different beaches to explore, within walking distance. We also went to Porto de Mos beach and a little further afield to Salema, both by taxi. If you are considering staying in Lagos I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment. Katia very kindly accommodated a later arrival time for us, which we very much appreciated. All communication with Carol and Katia was friendly and helpful. There was excellent communication before our stay, during our holiday and after we went home. They took very great care.
