This luxury apartment is ideally located within the award-winning Lagos Marina. The apartment overlooks the pool area extending to the marina and town beyond. The balcony is completely private as a result of its positioning within the complex and also very sheltered, allowing for maximum use during the day and in the evenings.The condominium is a unique set of apartments that boast exclusive free use of a large on-site communal pool and a children’s pool, as well as a children's playground, bumper cars and bumper boats. All other apartments situated on the marina use the pool facilities of the nearby Marina club hotel for which a charge is often passed to the guest. Around the condominium pool there is a plentiful supply of sun loungers and umbrellas. The apartments balcony occupies a views of the pools and lake. A five minute stroll will take you to the water-front where you will find excellent restaurants, bars and shops and a further five minutes will take you across the river footbridge to the many attractions of Lagos town centre. Meia Praia beach is a pleasant 10 minute walk. The apartments are also ideally located to take advantage of a selection of golf courses. The building has a secure video entry system.

By John and Irene on 14-Sep-2025We have been using Mary’s apartment for many years it has everything you need great location and all apartments overlook the pools, large supermarket close by and lovely restaurants around the marina also close to train and bus stations no need for a car.
Great Apartment
By Heather on 16-Sep-2025Having stayed in the apartment belonging to Mary Frances and Robert on many occasions I can truthfully say that the apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and immaculatly kept. Both Ann and I like space and due to the design of this particular apartment you get a feeling of space. There is a dividing wall between the kitchen and the lounge with an open area to pass things through onto the table. This makes the whole seating area open and friendly. The balcony is bright and overlooking the swimming pool. We both went swimming every day and although cold to get in was great once you manage that first bit..Both bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable with loads of hanging space. Again due to the design of this apartment you have the advantage of both bedrooms overlooking the pool. We have been in other apartments where the bedrooms look on to the road which is noisy at night. The surrounding area to the apartment is great and well maintained. You also have the added advantage of having Pingo right on your doorstep. You cannot ask for a better supermarket. At 75 years old we now cannot walk as far as we used to so the fact that the marina is on your doorstep with all ita bars, restaurants etc. is ideal and a great way to "people watch"..

By Paul on 17-Sep-2025'We have been regulars at Mary's apartment for years - usually in the summer but have stayed in November too. Always found it clean, tidy and has everything that we need. Beds are comfortable and lounge/diner or west facing balcony always inviting after an evening out! Pool is lovely and gardens well maintained. The apartment is an easy walk from the town, beaches and all amenities especially restaurants and supermarket. We love it and will be back as usual!

The location is excellent so much so we have booked again for next year, we booked through the owner Mary is a lovely person to deal with.
Exactly as described - very well appointed Date of Stay 5 Mar 2018 A very clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped apartment. Located close to the marina restaurants and the town centre. The kitchen has all the utensils you could possibly need for self-catering. Highly recommended!
