This place is fantastic. It’s located just inside Lenno on the greenway that goes though all of como which makes for an easy walk into town. It’s about a 3 minute walk to the bigger grocery store in Lenno and about a 10-12 minute (beautiful) walk to the water taxi terminal and many great restaurants. Lenno is much quieter and less touristy than mennagio or Bellagio, but those towns can easily be reached by water taxi. The apartment is clean and well stocked. because of the way the building is built it stays very comfortable in the apartment (but there is also a/c), the building is secure and safe, and the parking makes everything so easy. We were here for a week and absolutely loved it.

Beautiful and well equipped apartment with good location. Quiet, nice view and close to shops, restaurants, more etc. Check-in and communication with the host went smoothly. They responded quickly and we received many tips and clear instructions. There was a problem with the hot water boiler a few times, but this was recovered quickly every time.
This is a really fabulous apartment. We loved the scenic surroundings, the view from the balcony is a joy that greets you every morning, just breath taking. The apartment is spotlessly clean, has wonderful decor and very well equipped. A short but hilly walk, 15 to 20 mins from the lake side (with ferry) and 3 minutes from the bus stop. Julie is professional, efficient, friendly and very proactive. The check in was easy and reassuring due to her great communication. Thank you Julie for looking after us so well. You gave us some great recommendations. We particularly enjoyed walking the green way, a wine bar in Tremezzo, local market on a Tuesday I think (try the cooked chicken its really tasty) and a great restaurant in Bellagio. Do try the local supermarket 5 mins from the apartment which has beautiful local produce and helpful staff. Honestly I couldn''t fault it, I would go back.

Checking in and out was super professional. The hosts employ people to manage the house and they were very attentative and professional. The location is quieter which suited us. It is easy to get around with the bus or ferries. Restaurants are a 15 - 20 minute walk along the path at the back of the houses. Fabulous view and everything in the house is new and modern.
