In less than 5 minutes walk from the property you can reach a lido with beach volley, basketball area, 5-a-side football, restaurant and beach. In Sala Comacina there is another beach and a ferry station with a taxi boat to the island. Plus some excellent restaurants serving delicious italian fayre such as La Tirlindana, the one on the island, Taverna Bleu, etc.. The location of the residence means you are just a short drive to Lenno for the beach, ferry and supermarket. Less than 5 minutes by car. The cable car to Pigra with breathtaking views over Como is less than a 10 minute drive. Mountaineers and cyclists will enjoy the majestic mountains to explore. Further afield, trips to the glitzy town San Moritz are popular or for the more adventurous, Monte Generoso offers mountain top and lake scenery that a sight to behold. Seven go wild for Lake Como.

We were a group of 7 women. The stay, the view from the balconies, and the location were great. Mennagio was 15 minutes away by car, and we were able to take the ferries from there to Verenna and Bellagio. The boat rental is also close. The kitchen had all utilities, so we could cook and have a great breakfast and dinner with the view on the terrace. By the way indoor private SPA area was a cherry on top; the girls also enjoyed the outdoor pool. The premises also had indoor parking for two cars. Matteo was very responsive and shared many suggestions for local experiences. Overall, it was an amazing prolonged weekend, and that flat definitely added up to the experience.

Just returned from a week in this glorious location. Loved every minute of it!!! The views from the Villa are simply stunning. It is on a steep hillside, fine for our party, but surrounding area could be hard for less mobile. Villa facilities are superb. So great to be on the ‘Greenway’ made walking to Osuccio and Lenno delightful. The main road is almost impossible to walk along due to busy traffic and no pavement. Matteo was excellent and very attentive to all our needs. The butcher and baker in the village have most things you might need and so very friendly. All in all I can thoroughly recommend it.

Well located to explore the Lake. The apartment was clean and bright, having on site parking was very useful.
