The villa, at the start of each season, undergoes a thorough spring clean, both inside and outside, taking up to 3 days for the team to complete
The villa further undergoes, between each and every guests staying, a thorough and complete deep cleaning regime. This can take up to 4 hours

The villa has 3 bedrooms, all fitted with mosquito screens, 2 power shower rooms both with wcs and wash hand basins,
The kitchen is a spacious open plan living/kitchen area, with most modern appliances.
The villa has 2 double aspect sun terraces on the upper floor and 2 sun trap patios overlooking the private pool and walled garden to the rear.
A private sheltered car port and large Mediterranean shrubs are in the garden at the front of the villa.
The villa, which has wifi internet access installed, is situated on an award winning private development of just 25 similar properties, just a 3 minutes level walk to the lively and friendly village of Lardos (pop 950 + approx) which has an abundance of good quality shops, tavernas, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. There is also an English speaking doctor and pharmacy in the village. The village is well served by bus and taxi to Rhodes Town and other resorts and villages, including the famous nearby resort of Lindos and St Paul's Bay, just 15 minutes away, 8km (5miles) by car, taxi or bus
The villa , which is located in a cul de sac, has good level accessibility throughout, from the car port through to the villa and around the patio areas. Assistance will be required over the front and rear thresholds into the villa and in the wc and shower. Care should also be taken around the pool area. which can be slippery.
There is also level access all the way to the village square from the villa. Some 200m away approximately
The villa has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1, has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has twin singles, both bedrooms are located on the first floor, together with a shower room, wash hand basin and wc. Bedroom 3, which is located on the ground floor, has a small double, together with a further shower room, wash hand basin and wc, is suitable for all age groups. All bedrooms are fitted with built in double sliding door wardrobes and chest of drawers. The spacious and contemporary open plan living and kitchen areas lead directly through double doors onto the patio dining areas to the pool and lawn garden. The villa is located towards the end of a traffic free cul de sac, surrounded by stone built walled front and rear gardens, with various plants, shrubs and fruit trees.
The villas has it's own 6 x4x1.2 metre deep approx private pool, with its own filtration system, is situated in the rear garden.for the sole use of our guests There are two double aspect open terraces on the upper floor, one outside bedrooms 1 and 2 and is pergola shaded and the other overlooks the front and rear gardens.
The spacious patios on the ground floor are ideal for sunbathing by the pool and al fresco dining. Sunbeds and a patio dining set are on the patio for this purpose, . There is also a full size Greek style BBQ located nearby. The rear garden, though not huge, is larger than most, but enjoys relative seclusion and privacy with dense trees flanking the sides of nearby properties, without spoiling the views beyond of the surrounding mountains. There is also a sheltered car port adjacent to the main entrance.
The villa is equipped with a fold down child's travel cot, a high chair, a low level baby rest, an ironing board, an iron, and hair-driers in all bedrooms, all available at no extra charge.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
All linen and towels are provided, including beach towels and are changed on a weekly basis by our maid service. Or can be changed more frequently on request at local rates.
Outside there are spacious sun trap patio areas, ideal for sunbathing by the pool and lawn garden area. There is also a pergola over the first floor bedrooms patio and an open double aspect terrace with a view of the mountains under a large umbrella.
Air conditioning - This is in all bedrooms and the lounge area and is included on a fair use policy
All linens are provided - Sheets and pillow cases are changed weekly.
Parking - The Villa has its own adjacent sheltered car port.
All towels are provided - Hand and Bath towels are changed weekly
Wireless Internet - Free Wi Fi is available for the sole use of our guests
The comfortable light and contemporary open plan living and kitchen area compliments and includes cream leather settees, coffee table, smart satellite TV and DVD player with views over the garden.
The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, built in oven, a washing machine, a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker and various utensils. crockery and cutlery.
