Description
Come and enjoy Villa Remvi’s wonderfully peaceful, elevated setting on the outskirts of Fterno, a small traditional Greek village, yet only an hours drive from Preveza (Aktion) airport. Relax by the private infinity pool and soak in the plentiful sunshine, relish those magnificent views, cook on the traditional stone built barbecue or dine in one of the 2 village tavernas, a short walk away. Lefkada island is one of the less well known Ionian islands and hence more unspoilt. With many hire car firms at the airport and a bridge connection to the mainland you could be relaxing by the pool, complimentary glass of wine in hand, within less than an hour and a half of landing.This re-furbished 3 bedroom/3 bathroom single story villa, with private pool, a bbq and an outdoor shower, features a large lounge, spacious external relaxing area, with areas of shade and sun from which to enjoy the stunning views. Each bedroom has it's own shower room and full air-conditioning/electric fans. With no immediate neighbours and direct access to walks and cycle trails, you will certainly find plenty of peace and quiet here to come and relax. A choice of supermarkets and tavernas are within a short drive form the villa. Beaches can be found just 15 minutes drive away.
We should also add that Lefkada has much to more to offer: stunning beaches; dramatic mountain scenery; water sports; restaurants & bars or ancient Greek culture and even vineyards - this area has it all, in fact there’s so much to do here that it can be challenging to fit it all in! By Helen on 27-Jul-2025We had the most wonderful week at Villa Remvi – we honestly didn’t want to leave! The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The views of both the mountains and the sea are simply breathtaking. The location is ideal, with easy access to gorgeous beaches, supermarkets, and nearby towns. The pool was a real bonus and brought endless enjoyment for all of us, especially our three very happy teenagers! A special mention must go to Lindy, who was so helpful and generous with her time. She recommended interesting places to visit and things to do, which made planning our days so much easier. We explored much of Lefkada, which is such a beautiful island with so much to see and experience. Without doubt, we will be back – it was a truly unforgettable holiday.

Altogether Glorious
By Nicola Brown on 02-Jul-2022I just spent a blissful week at this lovely villa. It sleeps 6. The villa is both stylish and comfortable. The island is full of interesting places to visit and great restaurants, but you barely want to go anywhere as the villa has a beautiful pool and the most stunning views. There is plenty of space to eat outside and a BBQ. The owners were keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Altogether glorious.
Simply Amazing

There were 5 of us in total my grown up daughter and boyfriend making use of the separate annex, could not have asked for more, the villa is well equipped with everything you need and more, the little touches like fresh drinking water tap, glass refillable bottles in the bathrooms, plastic container boxes for left over BBQ lunches, the outdoor shower. Beds are super comfy all in all I cannot fault the Villa, and the view from the infinity pool just amazing, looking down at Nidri and the island of Skorpious. Spent a few days at the Villa just chilling, other days visiting the many restaurants in Sivota, a day trip over to Meganisi (Ferry very cheap) and of course the local beaches. This is our second visit to Villa Remvi the first since the new owners have taken over and they have done an amazing job! Would not hesitate to book again in the future.
Outstanding Location
By Stuart Cadzow on 12-Sep-2022Property layout, gardens, pool and whole space ideal. 3 x bed, 3 x bathroom with a separate annex is the perfect combination for extended family (grandparents & young kids) groups. We took our two grown up children with their respective partners for some peaceful quality time away together. Fantastic time with good food and plentiful local quality cheap wine. Owners guidance and advice on local restaurants, food, wine, places to visit and things to do hugely beneficial. They are responsive with support if required and continue to invest and upgrade their property to maintain a high standard. Big thanks to Anita & Derek
A Perfect Antidote
By Peter Pan Pan on 13-Sep-2021We stayed at Villa Remvi after a week sailing and it was the perfect antidote. It is located high up in the village with beautiful views of the bay and the sailboats below. There are 2 great tavernas in the village about 5 mins walk and the uphill return is no big deal although easier after a Mythos or 2! The villa itself is very well maintained and presented. There are lots of thoughtful touches throughout including the drinking water tap which saves buying single use plastic water bottles. The annexe is useful if travelling with grandparents or teens as they have their own space and bathroom. The pool is fabulous and the photos really don’t do it justice. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process which was more complicated than usual due to Covid. This was the perfect place to relax and unwind and we very much hope to be back one day!
AMAZING
By Dave Sexton on 21-Sep-2020The view from this villa is out of this world. You never get bored of staring at the view while sitting in or around the beautiful infinity pool. Inside the villa has everything you need including very comfy mattresses, a great sound system and kitchen. The communication with the owners and the local contact was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and the responses were prompt and useful. This was very good from the moment we booked. We have been to many villas, this one is one of the best. Highly recommended.
