Nestled on a peaceful hillside above the bay of Vassiliki in southern Lefkada, Villa Petros enjoys breathtaking panoramic views of mountains, valley, sea and islands. 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms. Sleeps 6. Private pool,Terrace, BBQ, outdoor dining area. Villa Petros is the perfect place to escape the stress and bustle of modern life. Relax on the spacious pool terrace, designed for your comfort with high quality pool furniture and outdoor sofas. Cool off in your own private pool, which is a single depth throughout - ideal for adults and older children. The raised outdoor dining area will offer welcome shade and spectacular views for mealtimes. The BBQ, fully equipped kitchen and choice of local food shops mean eating in is both easy and pleasurable.Perfect for families or groups of friends. Children welcome age 10 and above only (The age limit is due to single depth pool and internal spiral staircase)
Villa Petros offers high quality Hypnos beds with pillow topped mattresses – designed to ensure your comfort. Our sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and towels are all made of fine organic cotton. Our pillows and lightweight duvets are filled with ‘smart down’ – an environmentally friendly alternative to feather – great for allergy sufferers and also vegan friendly. Each bedroom has a remote controlled ceiling fan and is also fitted with air conditioning.
Bedroom 1 has a King size bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have ‘zip and link’ beds, which can be configured as full size single beds, or joined together to form one super-king size bed. We will ask you when you book what bed configuration suits your party so everything is ready on your arrival.
Vassiliki Beach is about 15 minutes walk away (downhill) - depending of course how often you stop to take photos! The beach is regularly listed as one of the top 10 in Europe for windsurfing, and also offers sea kayaking, paddle boarding, dinghy sailing and more. The area is perfect for walkers, runners, cyclists, nature lovers, water sports enthusiasts, those who like to sketch, paint or take photographs, as well as those who want a peaceful spot to chill with a book. The villa has a smart TV, bluetooth speaker and extras such as bean to cup coffee machine and smoothie maker.
The large village / small town of Vassiliki has some lovely restaurants, 2 local supermarkets plus smaller food shops, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, medical centre, and a range of shops selling beachwear, accessories and local products. Boat trips are available from the harbour.
The southern and western coasts of Lefkada boast some absolutely stunning beaches, with crystal clear turquoise waters. You will need a hire car, but a number of beaches are within easy reach.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had stepped into our own private oasis. The layout of the house was ideal for our group—two spacious bedrooms downstairs, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and an airy living space upstairs with sweeping views that made every morning coffee feel extra special. The villa was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed and more. From fluffy towels (including beach towels!) to a fully stocked kitchen, coffee machine, and even little details like mosquito repellent, the hosts truly thought of everything. The interior design was modern yet cozy, and everything was spotlessly clean. The private pool area was a dream—surrounded by lush greenery and completely secluded, so we could truly relax without ever being disturbed. It felt like our own slice of paradise. We loved having long, lazy breakfasts on the terrace, and sunset dips in the pool became our daily ritual. Another huge plus: everything was super easy to access by car. Beautiful beaches, charming tavernas, and grocery stores were all just a short drive away. It made exploring the island stress-free and gave us the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. The property manager was also amazing—kind, communicative, and always ready to help if we needed anything. Honestly, this was one of those rare stays where everything felt just right. We’d go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing location with breathtaking views.
By Vanessa Thompson on 09-Jul-2025A truly 5* villa. Amazing location which is really quiet with breathtaking views. Villa really well appointed with exceptional Quality furnishings for a holiday let. Midweek clean and laundry change too! Just like being in a top hotel. Yes, you need a car to get to the village but there are good restaurants (recommend Patio and Oceans) and easy food shopping at Nicos. Spacious patio surrounding 8x5m pool also cleaned twice weekly. All rooms have air con and wonderfully quiet fans which means a cool good nights sleep. Basically can’t recommend this place highly enough. Enjoy!

It is set on a hillside above the beautiful unspoilt town of Vasiliki and the location and views from the villa and pool are quite breathtaking. The villa facilities are first class and every single element of comfort has been considered. Lovely fresh furnishings and decoration with all the modern conveniences you would expect. It comfortably sleeps six in the three double bedrooms. These rooms and the en suites are modern and of a good size and views across the landscape from each of the rooms are stunning. The support and information supplied from both the owners before the holiday and the property manager who was ‘on hand’ nearby, was very much welcomed. This is a hilly region and renting a car is definitely needed to access the property and to get to the wonderful range of beautiful beaches, restaurants and points of interest around Lefkada Island. Highly recommended.
What a magnificent setting with breathtaking views

The villa had everything we needed -so many places to sit outside and enjoy a cold glass of wine. Beds were wonderfully comfortable. We loved Lefkada -Vasiliki was close for all provisions and we found a couple of lovely beaches for snorkelling. Definitely will be back! Jay and Jeanette couldn’t have been more helpful with travel advice and ideas for places to go.
