Villa Gabriella offers 5 bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests in complete luxury.

The main villa sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms, all ensuite. There's an additional cottage in the grounds to sleep 2 more guests. Everyone enjoys their own privacy - you'll find no sofa beds in the sitting room here - because space and privacy is luxury. If you want to book the cottage it comes at an extra charge of 15% of the rental. If you don't book it, then it will be empty to ensure your privacy.

Surrounded by nothing but nature, Villa Gabriella is truly private. Yet it's only 7-8 minutes from the pretty, bustling seaside town of Nydri with its beach, shops, bars, cafes, tavernas & restaurants.

Lefkada is the jewel in the beautiful azure waters of the Ionian. Less well known outside Greece than its neighbours Corfu, Kefalonia & Zante, it's a secret the Greeks tend to keep to themselves. And when it's so beautiful, and it's one of only two islands in the whole of Greece connected to the mainland by a bridge (no ferry needed), that's not so hard to understand.​​​​​​​

Blessed with countless stunning beaches, all with crystal clear water, you'll find glorious views across the inland sea to the east; pale, soft sandy beaches on the west coast - including the world famous Egrimini; a kitesurfing paradise at Gyra beach on the north coast and windsurfing heaven at Vasiliki in the south. Not to mention so many pretty little fishing harbours up and down the coast.​​​​​​​

But Lefkada is far more than glorious beaches. Venture inland and the island opens up to a remote wilderness where time seems to have stood still. Discover waterfalls, rugged mountains, ancient olive groves and lentil fields. Wander through sleepy villages where time moves more slowly, visit tiny churches and family-run wineries — and wherever you look, there’s another breathtaking view.

To the east, the sun rises over the mainland — from our terrace you can watch the sky light up in a soft hues of orange and yellow every morning. Head west in the evening and you’ll see the sun sink into the Adriatic in a blaze of colour — some of the most beautiful sunsets anywhere on earth.

History is all around you too — from ancient amphitheatres to Venetian castles, and from abandoned mountain villages to Bronze Age settlement sites. Lefkada has something to captivate everyone.

From family tavernas where recipes are passed down through generations to elegant restaurants with sea views and modern flair, Lefkada is full of flavour. Every dish celebrates the island’s fresh ingredients — olive oil, herbs, just-caught fish, and sun-ripened produce. Pair it with one of Greece’s many excellent wines, and you’ll taste the true spirit of the Ionian. We can recommend any number of great restaurants and tavernas to suit every style and budget.

Basement - poolside shower room and pool bar. At this level is the 7x5m infinity pool, heated in May & October.

One of the most breathtaking views in the Mediterranean. Air conditioned. WiFi. Luxurious linens and towels, plus pool towels. Weekly cleaning and linen change if you stay two weeks. Plenty of space and total privacy and tranquility. Private gated parking.

Situated just above Nidri, Villa Gabriella is an oasis of calm — perfectly private, yet only a 7–8 minute drive from town. The villa is around a 45–60 minute drive from Preveza (PVK) Airport and less than four hours from Athens via the fast new motorway. And if you’d like to make that journey part of your adventure, we can suggest some wonderful stops along the way.

Access is via a coded gate and using keys in a time-bound digital key safe. Details provided about one week before arrival.

30% deposit by bank transfer to confirm booking. This is fully refundable (less €10 for bank fees) until six weeks before arrival. Balance payable six weeks before arrival, also by bank transfer. The booking is non-refundable at this point so we always recommend travel insurance that covers unforeseen events leading to cancellation.
