SPECIAL OFFER any dates 2025 We can offer 10% off any dates that remain available.Villa Tria (Greek for number 3) is within 6 - 7 gentle minute stroll to Lindos Village itself and all that it has to offer history, tradition, bars, restaurants, beaches, shops and of course the Imposing Acropolis sitting majestically above.
You will be met at the Villa on arrival by our Villa Manager who will advise you about the Villa Lindos and answer any questions get the most of your stay. He is available 24/7 for the unlikely event of an emergency. We will be with you every step of your booking before during and once you return back from your holiday making sure you holiday with confidence.
Once ready to leave the Villa the gentle walk down hill to Lindos is a pleasant experience but for those who prefer or the faint hearted there is a free shuttle bus 500m from the villa to the square and then to the beach.
The Villa has its own private floodlight rockery garden planted with palms, olive trees and fruit trees and access to shared swimming pool through a gate at the bottom of the garden. The villa also has its own patio joining the Villa and sitting area with sun loungers, table and chairs along with a private suntrap tiled sitting area at the bottom of the garden.
All amenities within close walking distance with a well stocked supermarket within 2 minutes. The villa has private access and its own car port. Main buses running to Rhodes town, Lardos, Pefkos and beyond are less than 5 minutes away. Lindos has 3 beautiful and safe beaches for children within 10 – 12 minutes walk from the villa. There will be a large new tiled sunbathing area for 2021 season.
Lindos itself is a beautiful collection of whitewashed sugar-cube houses nestled together beneath the imposing Acropolis with narrow winding streets and no vehicle traffic allowed in the village itself.
It has an abundance of bars to suit all tastes, with many lovely restaurants most with stunning roof top views of the Acropolis.
The main restaurants have either rooftop tables with wonderful views of the bays and imposing Acropolis or beautiful pebbled courtyards with ancient stonework and canopies of bougainvillea and vines.
The restaurants range from traditional Greek to Italian, Chinese and Modern European cuisine. There are also many Gyros and crêperies if you fancy something lighter or a simple snack. Plenty of cafes, supermarkets and Ice cream stalls too if you simply want refreshments.
Bedrooms - 2 well appointed bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with 1 x double bed, bedroom 2 with 2 x single beds each room with air conditioning and private balcony. Both rooms have hairdryers, bedside lamps and cabinets, mirrors, large wardrobes and storage space. Both bedrooms having safety deposit box. There is also a large double sofa bed in the living room.
Bathrooms - 1 x bathroom upstairs with bath and hand held shower, WC, sink, mirror and storage cupboard1 x bathroom downstairs with shower cubicle, WC again sink and mirror.
Kitchen/ Living room - Large open plan kitchen / lounge with 2 x sets of double doors opening on to the spacious sunny tiled patio with table chairs and sofa. Fully furnished kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, sandwich maker etc… and living room with dining for 4, music centre. Also there is iron, ironing board and washing machine.
All bookings from 2024 will incur a 10euro per night Greek tourist tax , this is additional to the prices shown ( this is per night not per person )

Heaven is Lindos and Villa Tria
By Emma Willmore on 23-Sep-2017Arrived this June welcome pack waiting to make our arrival perfect. Pete who looks after the Villa showed us round and was available throughout our stay is a star. The villa is everything you could wish for and Lindos is stunning so many restraunts and bars and just right to visit the whole island. The villa has quiet sitting places outside balconies and terrace to fully enjoy the stunning weather and setting. Will be back again

The villa is perfect everything you could need, beautiful garden relaxing and set out with thought and care. Inside all amenities you could wish for. Close enough to Lindos but far enough to be quiet. Joanne & Stuart make sure you are welcomed and any request os there waiting for your arrival. Returning again this year can't wait. The Wilkies
What a find

Pete was great to meet us, Joanne and Stuart were with us every step and were so much help putting us at ease. and would have no hesitation booking again. The Villa is so perfect, they even put a paddling pool in the garden for our little boy....so sweet. Enjoyed our stay, chilled relaxed the garden is beautiful and the outside shower and bbq were great. will tell all our friends and will be back.
