This newly refurbished villa is truly stunning, very modern and spacious throughout, making it the perfect holiday rental for families.

Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de sac in the heart of Vilamoura, only 15 minutes walk to the marina, this really is the ideal location!

The perfectly manicured gardens include a very large swimming pool with sunloungers and a very comfortable outdoor seating area overlooking the pool, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day with something cold.

At the rear of the property, you have another very spacious and private garden, with a football pitch area for the kids to spend their days, when they are not having fun in the pool. There is also a lovely outdoor dining set, with gas BBQ, ideal for lazy lunches or warm al fresco dining.

An open plan layout means that this villa has a very spacious, light and airy feel throughout. The living room and dining area lead out to the terrace through sliding doors, so the perfect layout for any alfresco dining experiences.

The kitchen features granite worktops and a full range of high specification appliances and gadgets, with a lovely island and stools, making it a very sociable spot.

On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms (one can be made in to a King size bed). There is one large family bathroom for these two bedrooms to share and a separate wc. All bathrooms in the villa are ultra modern and brand new in 2019.

You have two terraces to choose from on the first floor, one small one at the front of the property, which is great for shade and cooling off, and a large one between the two bedrooms, which has stunning views and is a lovely, quiet spot for catching some rays.

Great property in a fantastic location. Perfect for friends and families with older children wanting to spend time together, a lot of thought gone into the layout of the communal and outdoor areas. Car hire advised for the days you're not soaking up the sun and grocery shopping but not essential the village has great amenities and wonderful Italian restaurant with a great atmosphere especially nights with live music. Owners of the villa very helpful and accommodating can't wait to go back.
