Description
Relax and take things easy at this unique and tranquil Algarvian villa - total peace and quiet - close access restaurants and beaches. The swimming pool is stunning and faces south over the gardens. High quality 6 person hot tub/jacuzzi - this has to be prebooked and cost is additional £100. perfect for star gazing - as a friend says the villa is "always in the sun" The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the annexe a further large bedroom and living area - a true home from home.The space
The house was built in 1980's and on approx 1 acre of land facing south. Built on 1 storey the main house has 3 bedrooms (2 with direct access onto terrace/pool) the masterbedroom has an ensuite shower room. The master has double bed 1.8m x 2m - the 2ndbedroom has large double 1.6m x 2m and the 3rd bedroom has twin single beds. There is a large kitchen fully equipped, oven, hob, microwave coffee machine etc dishwasher. there is laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is separate Annexe with large living area and kitchen and shower room and further bedroom with very large double 2m x 2m and single bed and bunk beds (suitable young people 5-15 years)

Other things to note
The villa is a home from home - the owner uses currently for approx 6 months a year - so has all facilities. There is playstation, ping pong table and facilities for kids. The pool is stunning and in morning and evening the swallows will swoop down and drink. There is an optional extra of use of a private quality 6 person Jacuzzi/hot tub - built in lights and stereo system - the Jacuzzi is available as an additional extra charge (Each rental the jacuzzi is prepared each time and is fully heated the additional charge is £100 for the usage during your stay - you will have to contact the owner and arrange additional payment for this service and confirm with owner who will arrange for preparation prior to your stay) The pool in evening has lighting which has stunning effect. plenty of outside dining options and BBQ.

By Gary on 15-Aug-2023Casa Tranquillity is as described by Paul and if anything understated. It's a true home from home with all comforts & technology you'd expect at home. The pool area is glorious and like a 5 star boutique hotel pool with the rooms indoors extremely comfortable with ample easy to use air conditioning in all rooms - needed in August heat! Once you get used to the road up, half tarmac and half dirt road but easy to drive on, it easy access to anywhere with restaurants, Beach etc no more than an easy 15 minutes away, some much closer (That's if you're not tempted just to stay in this peaceful remote villa, chill and watch the swallows dive into the pool for a drink whilst having an, easy to use gas, BBQ). Loule is on your doorstep and is worth a visit and has plenty of shops and restaurants. Pauls communications were very prompt and helpful and we would certainly visit again.
Everything you need!
By Natasha on 20-Jan-2024Casa Tranquility has everything you need and more for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We visited in winter, and the jacuzzi was such a spoil on chilly evenings. But even still, the living room, entertainment areas, and pool always face the sun, so even in December we were able to enjoy the lovely garden and outdoor loungers on warmer days. The house has cooling and heating, and the bathroom floors are heated. The TV is huge, the kitchen is exceptionally equipped, and there a few fun board games in the lounge. So while the surrounding towns of faro, villamoura, vale do lobo etc are nearby and lovely to visit, you may find it hard to leave the house! I can recommend Quinta da Tor wine farm, just 10 mins drive away for a wine tour and tasting. There are also lots of beautiful walks/hikes nearby. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

By Maddalena on 10-Jan-2024We spent a wonderful week at Paul's house. The garden at the house is a perfect place for lovers of nature and peace. An incredible number of birds, beautiful, well-kept greenery. And when you get bored with the garden, you can relax by the beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi. The house itself is wonderful, very comfortable, clean and full of amenities. The kitchen equipment will exceed your wildest expectations. The appliances, accessories and utensils will allow you to bake and cook whatever you want. Everything you see in the photos is even better in reality, although it's hard to imagine. And finally, Paul himself is a man of soul. Excellent contact, cordiality, always helpful. We left with great regret. But we hope to come back again.

By Andre on 21-Apr-2024Our stay was wonderful. For families who like to stay away from the crowds, it's perfect and peaceful. The surrounding garden is amazing, and I'm sure it will get even better with time. The house is very clean and well maintained, with more amenities then you can imagine. The pool and jacuzzi are great. We had the best time. The communication with the host was perfect, Paul is very attentive and will provide you more than enough information about the house.

We found the house and annexe very comfortable and very well equipped for sleeping, relaxation, entertainment and especially for cooking. The pool and terrace area is simply gorgeous. The extensive gardens are an added bonus with lots of peaceful nooks and eye-catching planting to enjoy. Credit to Josef, the gardener, whom we found to be most helpful, courteous and friendly. Paul and Marilyn, you have a real gem of a place and we wish you many happy years there.
Beautiful house
By Samia on 20-May-2024Beautiful house. It's more beautiful in real life. Hyper responsive host. Beautiful pool very well maintained, jacuzzi great. Very large plot, very flowery inside the house, beyond our expectations. Everything is tidy, everything is functional. We had a problem at 2 a.m., a friend fell. We had to go to the emergency room. The gardener Joseph moved in the middle of the night. Well done, we'll be back…… Everything is close by. Possibility of Uber and cheap to get to the city. Paul has a car that you can rent for not very much. Thanks again. Sam and her friends.
