Welcome to Casa da Parreira!Casa da Parreira is a newly renovated, private 3-bedroom villa in the Algarve (near Loule) with a private pool, spacious terraces and gardens. The property is in a quiet hillside location and offers a high level of privacy and serenity. Ample safe parking is available.

The villa features a brand-new, modern luxury kitchen that is fully equipped for both short and extended stays. Appliances include a new oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine, along with all essential cookware and utensils. The kitchen is designed with sleek contemporary finishes and a modern feel, and a stylish dining area is conveniently located nearby.
The property offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms, all designed for comfort and rest and fitted with blackout blinds to ensure a perfect night’s sleep, as well as ample storage. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds, while the third bedroom includes a comfortable double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for year-round comfort.
There are two newly renovated, spacious bathrooms finished to a high standard with traditional Portuguese tiling and modern fixtures. The master ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower and a double sink. The second bathroom is large and modern, featuring a walk-in shower.
Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace or desk, high-speed internet, a Smart TV, and a PS4 with games and puzzles for entertainment. Air conditioning is installed in all rooms, and a fireplace provides warmth and atmosphere during the cooler months.
The spacious and not overlooked outdoor area features a private pool, gardens, and multiple terraces, offering complete privacy and plenty of space for relaxation and outdoor dining. Guests can enjoy the BBQ area, shaded by a traditional grapevine, and pick fresh lemons from the tree to use in a sunset gin and tonic by the pool.

Ideal home for those looking for a retreat in nature and at the same time close to everything. We loved the stay and will probably repeat the experience.
Wonderful home for family time or just to relax and get away

The house is only a 15 minute drive to the city of Loule where there is shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and anything else you might need and a 25 minute drive to the coast and beach. But what we found at this beautiful home was quiet, solitude and relaxation. We stayed five nights and spent three of the five days at the property only leaving for dinner. The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the breezes were amazing. Sarah was wonderful and very responsive. She recommended trails for my husband to run, local restaurants and the Saturday market in Loule. We will definitely be back next year. - Our stay was perfect.

By Doug on 13-Jun-2025My Family and I stayed at Casa Perriera for 6 nights. Very happy with our stay. Inside really clean and quite modern for a Portuguese home in the hills. Beds really comfortable. Air con was good in all rooms. Kitchen was nice as well. The location is quite off the beaten track. We did get however get ubers to come to and from the place if we did go out for a few drinks in the evening. Views of the hills were amazing. Sarah was very helpful and responsive at all times if we did need any help. Would highly recommend.
