The Estate

The property has been beautifully restored, retaining original terracotta floors, stone fireplaces, frescoed ceilings and chestnut beams, while incorporating modern comforts throughout. The atmosphere is refined yet welcoming, combining history with understated luxury.

The estate is fully enclosed and gated. The main villa is wheelchair accessible and includes a lift serving all floors and the spa.

The magnificent ballroom seats up to 50 guests and opens directly onto the gardens through floor-to-ceiling French doors, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The lawns provide a stunning setting for wedding ceremonies, receptions and evening celebrations under the Tuscan sky.

With accommodation for up to 28 guests on the estate, close family and friends can stay together while still enjoying privacy across the different residences.
