Villa Kimo belongs to a complex of 4 traditional Villas located at the peaceful and beautiful village of Potamianata. Only 5 km away from the picturesque port of Agia Efimia and famous Myrtos beach, villa Kimo is an ideal base to explore the island.

The villa comprises of 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dinning table and a spacious sitting room. There is a terrace with outside relaxing sofas at the 1st floor enjoying magnificent mountain views as well as an outside dinning area in the ground floor. There is a beautiful green garden surrounded by colorful mediterranean plants, where you can relax or enjoy a barbeque.

The location is beautiful, relaxing and quite, at the heart of the island, close to the top sights as well as the picturesque fishing port of Agia Efimia offering all amenities. In a walking distance you will find 3 tavernas with local food and a supermarket.
The area is ideal for someone who wants to try hiking, diving, fishing, cycling, horse riding, cooking lessons, photography, visits to local houses, canoeing, water sports and boat rental. We can organize the activities for you or we can provide you with telephone numbers of the experts.
In a short drive distance you will find beautiful Myrtos (voted as one of the most beautiful beaches of the world-4 km), the white pebble beaches of Ag. Efimia (5 km), Antisamos beach (15 km), Melissani Lake and Drogarati Cave, the picturesque village of Assos (12 kilometres), Agia Kyriaki (13.5 km), Petanoi (30 kilometres) and many others.

Anna was a great host, very welcoming, responding immediately to all queries. She had left some treats in the fridge for us on arrival - local fruits, bread, and cheeses - which was a very nice touch. The villa was amazing - just as in the pictures, sunny, beautifully designed, with gorgeous greenery and flowers all around. The neighbourhood is very quiet - all you hear at night are the crickets and the bells of the goats on the hills, idyllic. Ideal for rest. If this is your first time on the island, I recommend contacting Anna when you land from the ferry boat as finding the house can be tricky. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend the place.
